Don't be discouraged by the little neighborhood on the drive up to Las Cascadas--it's Costa Rican families and super safe. Once you get here, you're welcomed by the family, who have built this over 25 years. They will cater to your every need. There is a bar, a great pool, delicious food, and well appointed condos. We actually stayed in...

We stayed 1 night at the Condotel while on vacation in Manuel Antonio. We also stayed at 2 other hotels so I can confidently say there are far better options for less money than this hotel. First the good, the owners were working the desk when we checked in which is always night. Also, when we had an issue with...

Thanks kent for your candid review, first I have to mention that we have just come out of one of the wettest rainey seasons in many years and In an area that normally gets over 12 feet of rain a year , yes humidity is a problem for every hotel in the area in one way or another . As...

Really nice place to stay and the room had everything I needed, including a bath, fridge and nets around the bed. Great to be a little away from town and have beautiful surroundings. Unfortunately, the walls are very thin and I could hear every word from the very loud family and their TV and Thanksgiving party next door until late....

Thanks so much for taking the time to write us a review, unfortunatly Thanksgiving is a party season and sorry you were inconvenienced by some noisy neighbours . Despite that sounds like you enjoyed our little project and if you do return book directly and I can give you a discount.

Good and quiet location near the Marina Pez Vela. Access is not as good as I would have expected, it doesn't feel safe walking at night. Checkin was slow, had to wait to get the keys of our room; checkout was problematic as I was charged the full rate to my credit card having paid for a deposit a few...

Gary was an awesome host, super location close to everything the area has to offer. Choose the top room if you are fit, you will be rewarded by monkeys in the trees next to you and macaws flying overhead.

My wife and I and my sister and her husband lavished at Las Cascadas for 1 week. There are not enough superlatives in the English language to adequately describe this tropical hotel. The hotel location was very near the local town of Quepos, and great beaches. The change of season rains tried to put a damper on our experience, but...

Las Cascadas was recommended to us by some friends, and it was a wonderful stay. Very relaxing, great pool, within a quick drive to some great restaurants and Manuel Antonio Park. They arranged for a guide for the park, and the guide was fabulous, and made our tour outstanding. Staff was extremely responsive and helpful.

Thanks for your review. I was not here for your visit but pleased to hear you were treated well by our staff. We are within walking distance to some of the best restaurants in the area and this season will be presenting a new menu in our own restaurant . Please come back and try it out.

Very helpful and friendly staff was the most outstanding feature. The setting is at the edge of Quepos at the edge of the forest. It is not a high-end resort, but beautiful and comfortable. We walked to the marina and the beach and into town, all within 5-10 minutes walking distance. It is about 10 minutes driving to Manuel Antonio,...
