Tulemar is the premier resort development in Manuel Antonio. Gated and secure, the 33 acre jungle resort is perched on the hillside overlooking the Pacific, but continues down all the way to our own beach. It includes the Tulemar Bungalows and our special and unique villas such as Villa...

This is a great place to stay if you are looking for relaxation, excellent views, and affordable luxury. Raúl and his colleagues worked diligently to ensure my friends and I had a great trip! We ate fresh fruit (I recommend going to the farmers market...More

We flew into San Jose and rented a car. It took about 4 hours to get to the resort. There will be tolls on your trip so be prepared. ( pretty cheap) Driving was easy and we were able to stop and check things out along the way like the crocodile bridge. And also just before Jaco there is a small stretch of beach on your on your right and just past it on your left will be a tall tree that scarlet macaws will flock in. You will not need a gps as our phone gps worked just fine. Rent a car if you can because it will give you a lot of freedom while in country. Pura Vida !
