The hotel was very nice, good location, good rooms, helpful staff. The gardens are full of animals as if you are at the national park. The resterant was good with a nice view and by the pool. The parking was very close and accessible.

Okay. So my daughter and I were missing the jungle and just needed to see monkeys. So...we took off to Manuel Antonio and stayed at Byblos specifically for this reason. We were surprised!! This is one of the oldest hotels in Manuel Antonio, and while we have eaten at Bybos and visited the bar on occasion in the past, we...

We stayed in a bungalow, highly recommended. It was set back in a jungle atmosphere. We saw squirrel monkeys, heard howler monkeys in the early morning, and saw an agouti. The bungalow was large and had everything we needed. It was great to have a front porch to sit and enjoy nature. We stayed during rainy/low season and were the...

Overall a very nice hotel. I stayed at a bungalow, it did look bigger in the picture, but still, it was ok. Nice staff (I almost forget my charger and thay call me before we left), nice food, nice pool. The thing i liked the most was the vegetation and the green areas, they are amazing. It has a good...

I was lucky enough to stay with my wife at one of the bungalows they offer for rent, and I haven't had such a relaxing trip, feeling disconnected with the world for a few days. The little houses amongst trees and intricate walkways makes it feel as if you were really staying in the middle of a jungle. The accommodations...

There's so many places to stay in Manuel Antonio that are better than this place. For the price, I expected the place to be better. Place looks run down. Needs remodeling, the drains in the shower and toilets were bad. The A/C unit was pretty much on the floor. Poor location for that. Only good thing was the wild life....

We stayed at this hotel for the last 3 days of our 10-day Gate 1 Travel tour of San Jose, Arenal Volcano, Monteverde and Manuel Antonio. It is a short drive down the hill to the beach and the national park nearby. However, I was truly amazed at all the wildlife in and around the forest surrounding the hotel pool....

Byblos is a perfect place to stay if you LOVE MONKEYS! (and we do) The property is quaintly nestled in on the main road to the beach. We walked each day, but for those that need transportation there are multitudes of taxis as well as the local bus. Food, drink, day and night life are all around. If you feel...

Staff was accommodating. Room was adequate and clean. Pool and restaurant area were great. The wildlife we saw included three types of monkeys, a sloth, Toucans. More than we saw in Manual Antonio National Park. Breakfast choices were fairly extensive

We stayed here for 2 nights with a group tour! This hotel has 2 restaurants and a beautiful pool (which is great when the weather is crazy humid). The hotel is next to a reserve where you can see lots of wildlife. We saw monkeys, iguanas, and birds! A quick bus ride to Manuel Antonio where you can enjoy the...
