This resort is on the hill before you go down to Manuel Antonio Park. It is walking distance to what might be the best 3 restaurants in Cosata Rica. There are other very expensive places in this area, but this was a hidden gem, with a much better price. The suite was very modern with a large shower, walk in...

The falls resort is just off the main road through manuel antonio, as are many of the hotels and eateries. It doesn't look much from the outside but its wonderful inside, it has a fabulous garden where we saw agouti, toucan, hummingbirds, parakeets among many other birds oh and not forgetting the resident iguana and lizard :) breakfast is delicious...

We stayed for 6 nights here and enjoyed every minute. All of the staff, from housekeeping to front desk were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Luis and Geraldo were great. Rooms were very clean, spacious, and quiet. Bed was comfortable, it has a large bathroom, a nice size closet and lots of drawers. As other reviewers have stated, there is...

Nice place, courteous staff, clean rooms with mosquito net, daily cleaning, spacious bathroom, pool, pleasant grounds, no issues, free breakfast 7-10, internet access varies based on room distance from lobby, parking outside but no issues, rain loud on tin roof - this may or may not be what you dream of in a tropical vacation, saw animals on property -...

What a lush property with beautiful landscaping , a great location within walking distance to restaurants and a nice staff. We arrived on a Sunday and were hugely depressed that Manuel Antonio Park is closed on Mondays and it messed up our plans but we made the most of it. The breakfast buffet was really good and we had internet...

My recent stay at The Falls in Manuel Antonio was a peaceful jungle oasis. The room was beautifully appointed with wooden plantation shutter doors, a gorgeous open shower of stone and finishing touches of origami towel decorations. A walk through their garden of lush mature flora to their open dining area and connecting tropical bar is the perfect way to...

We (two couples) stayed at the Falls resort for four nights. While the first appearance is nothing memorable the resort met all of our needs. The resort is not located on the water: Very few of the resorts in the Manual Antonio have direct access to the water. For less than one dollar, and a very short bus ride you...

This place was way better than I had anticipated. The rooms were gorgeous, the views were beautiful of the forest. I was totally impressed. The breakfast was great. I'm going to bring my wife here. The place was perfect for a couples romantic get away.

My boyfriend and I stayed at this resort in March during our travels throughout Costa Rica. Bare with me...I have mixed reviews. I'll start with the negatives. The location is on a very busy street. Walking anywhere is horrible and during the hottest time of the year (March/April), it was difficult to walk anywhere without being completely exhausted after five...

This place does have some good points, but not sure I would stay here again. To start we got to see a lot more animals here than in the actual park. The grounds are really pretty and gives you that costa rica feel. But the rooms were just ok. We stayed in the casita, and found the lighting was terrible,...
