Short drive to the beach and Manuel Antonio. Super friendly staff with a high quality café on premises. Great pool surrounded by lush tropical jungle....birds, iguana and monkey sightings right here! Rooms are big and luxurious. We wanna come back!

My sister and I had an amazing stay at the Falls Resort for four nights. The hotel was very easy to find and we had no issues parking our rental car. The location was perfect - right near some great restaurants and about 15 minutes to the beach. The walk to the beach is downhill, but the way back can...

Thank you much for your kind comments. I would note for others that rental cars are useful for those who are traveling from town to town, but for people spending a few days or more in the Manuel Antonio or Quepos area, there are so many regular buses, and inexpensive taxis that it often saves time, effort, and money just...

Really nice hotel set near the national park, it has a very tranquil feel to it and we saw lots of wildlife in the grounds(monkeys, sloths, toucans, agouti etc. Very clean and spacious rooms with a mosquito net, excellent breakfast the best in Central America. Very friendly helpful staff and owners, bonus of a swimming pool too.

Our family of 5 adults stayed here for 4 nights Christmas week. It's a lovely oasis on the main drag to Manuel Antonio National Park. The grounds, abounding with wildlife, are immaculate and well tended. Rooms are very comfortable and the staff very welcoming. The front desk staff were very helpful with arranging tours and helping us get to San...

We stayed at the Falls Resort as part of our honeymoon for five nights and wanted to say how impressed we were with the hotel, the staff and the quality of service. We lost our camera and the staff couldn't have been more helpful in locating and returning it to the UK. The hotel was set in beautiful gardens where...

My wife and I just returned from 10 days in Costa Rica including 3 nights at this very nice resort. The grounds and amenities make this a very nice place to stay in Manuel Antonio. But, the people here are special. Luis, who is mentioned in nearly every review, is a special person. The owners would do well to make...

We weren't sure what to expect but the hotel was recommended by another hotel we will be staying at. The people were incredibly friendly. The breakfast was great. The room was spacious. No view of the water but a beautiful garden in the complex.

After parking you would think the hotel was minimal as the frontage of the hotel is bland. However, once inside it begins to shine. Staff, always an indicator of the rest of our experience, were very cordial and helpful. From the reception to the bar to the restaurant the staff made our stay great. Our room was clean and we...

First of all...I rarely write a negative review! However, in this case it is written to warn those of you who may be considering booking this specific room. We booked this room over the holidays as it was the last one left at this resort and I had fallen in love with the pics and was impressed by the Trip...

Hello Frankie, I am sorry to hear of your negative experience in a street side room. This is the reason these are the last to rent and are cheaper than the inside garden double deluxe rooms which are typically quiet with the exception of monkeys and other animals that travel on the roof. There are only two outside suites, and...
