We are spending our last night here a Rafiki Safari Lodge and wanted to post a review before we return home. We booked the Super Lekker package for 6 nights. 2 at the Rafiki Safari beach camp and 4 nights at the Lodge. It has been an amazing family experience for all of us. Everything has been organized, friendly and...

Wow! It's taken far too long to finally write a review, but this was the most fabulous place we have been to as a family. I'll never forget the view as we arrived - it made the extremely long journey pale into insignificance. The hosts were fantastic, the tents were an unforgettable experience. We did the hike and the white...

Our family of three generations (10 people) ranged in age from 74 to 14. There was something for everyone to enjoy. Seven of our group enjoyed the Aqua Hike and two went fishing. The last one (me) enjoyed sitting on the deck outside the bar area and talking with other guests and enjoying the birds, butterflies and beautiful scenery. The...

We stayed three nights in March with two grandchildren 5 and 7. As a couple we are used to traveling in what are new areas to us. Generally I don't look for an " experience" but since we had the kids and i let my guard down and oh boy what a great time, rafting and horseback riding and waterfalls...

We stayed at the Rafiki Safari Lodge for four nights and absolutely loved it. The surroundings are beautiful, be sure to spend time by the bar area since the view is incredible. The owners Janell and Carlo and staff are very welcoming and really understand the art of making their customers feel special. The tents are comfortable and roomy. The...

Small resort with all private tents. Worth the drive to get there. Everything about our stay was great. Food was fresh and well prepared! Great tropical drinks. The staff is beyond helpful! Our horseback ride in the jungle exceeded our expectations. Gentle horses, knowledgable guide, beautiful trail. We were sad we only had 2 nights to stay there!

Ours was a family with very excited children who were keen to experience rainforest and adventure. Well, the whole Rafiki Safari experience proved to be exactly what we were hoping for. The lodge and grounds nicely located with owners welcoming and very anxious to make our stay exactly what we were hoping form. Our first day was water rafting on...

We stayed at the Rafiki Safari Lodge for two nights in January with a Road Scholar group tour. What wonderful surroundings! From the moment we stepped onto the deck and looked out over the grounds, we saw a profusion of beautiful red ginger and lots of colorful birds. Be sure to sit for awhile and enjoy the beautiful, locally-made rocking...

We booked this rafting experience through Dive Costa Rica in Dominical. What a wonderful surprise when we arrived there and found this oasis in the jungle. The owner greeted us upon arrival and immediately made us feel welcome. She offered to help me figure out a problem I was having by calling around for me. The pace was peaceful and...

For the "kid" in you they have the fastest water slide I have ever been on! This is diverted mountain stream water, so cool! Awesome food and service! Personal attention and yet time to swing alone in a hammock. The Mountain hike adventure is a workout but with spectacular views and plenty of rain forest wildlife. The white water rafting...
