Really one of the best hostels I've stayed in. Stayed in a fab big private room with very comfortable bed and ensuite. Nice towels. Staff are very informative. Nice location, set back from main street so nice and quiet. If you can get in (no bookings taken) it's definitely the place to stay in P.V.

One of the best hostels I have been in Costa Rica. Spacious dorm rooms with 4 beds, hors against musquitos, big lockers, good beds with private light. Sanitary is kept clean and has warm water. Big plus is the kitchen, its so complete and big, its a delight to cook. Staff and other travelers were also very nice. I even... More

Nice and clean hostel. The beds are comfortable and very stable and they provide big lockers and towels, too. There's a water fountain from which you can fill in your bottle by paying a small price. Close to the centre, it misses a bit of ambience but besides it it has all you might want if you're not willing to... More

This hostel is great and the open plan style brings a great social aspect. Use of the kitchen is also really useful as is location in town and right opposite sizeable supermarket. Staff are also really helpful. Unfortunately only dorms were available when we rocked up and this hostel does not reserve, is based on first come first serve basis... More

I have zero complaints after spending over a month in this hostel during March and April of this year. It's been the favorite hostel I've stayed at in nearly 6 months of surf travel throughout Central America. Mike does a wonderful job catering to guests, making you feel welcome during your stay, and providing a clean and friendly communal environment... More

Loved this hostel, as it was SO civilised! Great facilities, and the kitchen/common area is great, (however a microwave would have been handy). Dorm beds are fantastic. Loads of room, (and a really thoughtful feature was a dim night light for late night homecomers). ....And good HOT water!! Finally! The whole place is obviously purpose designed.....but you cant book ahead,... More

Clean and modern. The staff cleaned the kitchen at night which was much appreciated! It was super clean. Cheap water refills! Free tea and coffee made you feel at home. We would recommend this hostel.

One of the best hostels I have ever stayed at! It was incredibly clean and spacious. The hostel has evidently been designed to be a hostel as each dorm bed has been fitted out with a light, fan, powerpoints and also small bench for your belongings. One con is that you cannot book in advance. When you arrive in Puerto... More
