Our thanks to Jolene and Gary for opening their beautiful hacienda style villa to us last week. While each trip to Costa Rica is special, our stay @Villa Andalucia was particularly special because of all the experiences we had resulting from the great tips that Jolene and Gary had to offer us. From the first night, after checking in, we...

You cannot go wrong with a stay at the Villa Andalucia . Jolene and Gary take a personal interest in their guests . Help is right there to figure out transport or tours or where to eat . So helpful when new to the area or new to the country . Made our stay very easy and relaxing .

Excellent B&B run by a wonderful couple. I've heard it said that you visit a place the first time for the location but the second time is for the people you meet, which in this case was so true. The property is beautiful with tranquil gardens and lovely pool area. Our room, the Villa Suite, was very well equipped with...

A wonderful experience for our special time! Gary and Jolene (I think mainly Jolene with the decor selections) have created an amazing property that far exceeds what photos can depict. We repeatedly commented to each other and to Gary and Jolene that the attention to detail is impeccable: decor, breakfasts, tour coordinating, restaurant advise, knowledge of the area, etc, etc....

This was our second trip to Costa Rica. Not wanting a repeat of our first visit (to a large, characterless, family all-inclusive), we chose Villa Andalucia after much research. Our research paid off. We spent 6 wonderful days at Gary and Jolene's B & B. They are amazing hosts - we felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. After a...

Gary and Jolene are incredible hosts. We felt like we got the most personal experience in Tamarindo. The breakfasts on the patio were amazing and the pool was a great place to relax. It was so nice to be able to walk to all restaurants in Tamarindo and stay in a safe place!

For my husband's birthday, I wanted it to be memorable and it was. The Villa Andalucia is a quiet and relaxing bed and breakfast - that is so much more. The Hosts are American, very congenial and helpful to guests who don't have a plan, and just want to experience the local culture and beaches. Gary and Jolene offer assistance...

Our stay at Villa Andalucía was an excellent experience. Gary and Jolene really know how to run a B&B. They are very attentive to the guests and provide valuable information to make the stay even more enjoyable. Their restaurant recommendations were spot on and our food all week was excellent. Speaking of excellent food, the breakfast at the Villa cooked...
