We spent three nights here as a family. We enjoyed the pool and the room was clean and comfortable. Secure parking area made it easier to sleep. There is some construction happening but we never heard it in the hotel. There are many options for food walking distance from the hotel. Overall a decent hotel for a fair price.

I'm staying in Liberia 2 nights on my way from Nicaragua to the airport here in Liberia. I waited until the day before I arrived to book here at Hotel El Bramadero because I was debating about staying at the airport hotel (nothing there but the hotel) or at a lower rated hotel close to downtown. Likes: super clean-love that. Mostly comfortable firm bed. Cordial staff. Convenient. Inexpensive. Dislikes: several rooms surround the pool. If you like to sleep past 7am, then this isn't for you. Typical Guanacaste hotels are all tile and every sound travels. Guests playing are loud. Next to highway, trucks jake braking during the night. Overall: it would be nice if guests...

We arrived late to Liberia and needed a hotel close to the airport where we could crash for the night and then get going in the morning. El Bramadero was perfect for that. A 10 minute drive from the airport, easy check in and check out. There are no frills - the rooms are clean and basic and there's free...

Checked in here for 5 nights, out front is major roadworks and everything feels dirty, however get a room towards back and you wouldn't know what is happening out front! Staff are helpful, friendly and willing to please. Rooms are comfortable with everything a hotel needs. We enjoyed our stay her and would highly recomend it!

We are retired, budget travelers who have had our share of budget travel experience in Latin America over past decades. We recognize that this is not a luxurious 5 star hotel but it was very comfortable and so much to our liking that we hope to return with family and/or friends in the future. Our original one night stay stretched...
