Grounds are impeccable. Pools are incredible. While the hotel was almost completely full, it still seemed quaint. No rush to get seats at the pools, there was plenty of seats. We were in a honeymoon suite plus and the view was priceless. Restaurants were wonderful and not as expensive as I thought they would be. They arranged our transportation to/from...

This resort is cozy and beautiful. The promised scenic views don't disappoint and the service is fantastic. Plenty of accommodations for gluten free food options. If you struggle with stairs, it's a little tough as there are a lot stairs to get to the Springs and pool areas. All the onsite and offsite excursions were great. Recommend the sanctuary tour....

Just returned from a 3 night stay. One word- AMAZING!!! Don't let the road leading into the property fool you, it's worth the humps and bumps! We stayed in the newer part of the hotel (vista room) and our views were just like those on a postcard. We saw numerous bird species right from our balcony, even while we relaxed...

This was an awesome resort experience. Friendly staff , amazing rooms with views or paradise, romantic hot springs with fun waterfalls and slides. Lots of activities. We had a blast on the Quads thru the jungle.

The hotel is large, but it's very private. The lush landscaping, numerous hot springs and ample facilities make it seem much more intimate. Hot spring hopping is lots of fun, especially at Perdito Springs (Kist Springs). The views of the Arenal Volcano are unbelievable. Plus, the concierge is very helpful booking local activities, such as zip lining, white water rafting,...

This was our first time in Costa Rica, and we loved our stay at The Springs. Our room was beautiful and immaculate with an amazing view of arenal volcano. A variety of options related to restaurants, and good food overall. Everyone on staff was nice and helpful. We are now close to Manuel Antonio in a resort that is supposedly...

We stayed at this resort as part of an excursion to Arenal Volcano. The place is amazingly beautiful with million dollar views all around. Service top notch, food great, hot springs/falls very romantic (my wife wanted to stay there for a month....or more). There are many activities close by (rain forest, zip-lining, suspended bridges, sky tram etc... )

We started at 4:00 and the package included dinner. The resort is beautiful and luxurious inside and out. There were about 13 individual, smallish pools of varying degrees of heat from a subjective "hot" to "warm". One of the pools was at the Erving end of a moderate length water slide that kids and the young at heart seemed to...

My family of 6 (4 boys ages 4 to 14) stayed here for one night. We were upgraded to a family suite, which was amazing. Plenty of room for all and a lovely porch. We only stayed one night to indulge in the springs for an evening and then a full day (from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.) and did...

Thank you for such an extensive review of our property. We are a 165 acre property with only 74 rooms, so yes, you'll always have that one pool to yourself. We are glad to hear your family enjoyed their time here, and it's a bummer to hear you did not visit Club Rio! It's excellent for families! We hope tl...
