We had a lovely stay with Orosi Lodge. We arrived late but were still welcomed by the owner with a nice drink and a lot of useful tips and information about the area. We slept good (although it is a bit noisy sometimes) in the clean and well occupied room. Breakfast was not included but totally worth it !! We...

This was the last stop of our vacation. We went from 90 degrees at the coast to 70 degrees here in the central valley. Never thought 70 could feel cold. We only stayed 2 nights. The breakfast was one of the best we've had on this trip. The coffee....they know how to brew it. 😀 The owners were very friendly...

Professional, well run, great cafe, super breakfast. Rooms have everything laid out in the right place, with little touches that say 'someone has actually given this some thought'. Loved the detailing on shower threshold for example!

The coffee shop and breakfasts (not included in meal, but worth it) are great. We had an upstairs room which was very nice, but any of the rooms would be fine (there are only six). We really enjoyed this place. The bed was not the most comfortable and there was some noise since you are in the city (including roosters),...

The owner, German-Expats are very nice and welcoming and helped us to get around the town and suggested some places to visit. The café serves a great coffee also the breakfast is very good. We stayed in the large appartment on the other side of the road. It had everything that you'd expect from an appartment include a small kitchen,...

While passing through the Orosi Valley on the way from Quepos to Puerto Viejo, we spent one night at the Orosi Lodge in the Casita. The room itself was just lovely with beautiful details and more than adequate for my husband and I. It came with gated parking as well which we appreciated. The bed was quite cozy and we...

We just spent 2 nights at this delightful, small, family-run hotel. The owners have taken great care in the Spanish colonial design of the building and in the decor of the rooms, garden and reception/dining area. The rooms are spacious and attractively decorated with many unique details. In addition, both mornings of our stay we enjoyed the delicious, "rustico" breakfast...

We stayed in the Casita, which is exactly as described on their website. Lots of room for us and our two teenage boys. It was great to have access to a washing machine and dryer right in our suite of rooms. Breakfast was fabulous. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our car was secured behind a locked gate. Orosi is in...

We spent one night in Orosi Lodge. The town itself is quite nice in the middle of the Orosi Valley. Orosi Lodge is a colonia house with a coffee shop/reception . Rooms are spacious with minibar, coffee set up and nice bathroom. Very clean and comfortable! Breakfast is outstanding, on the small terrace overlooking the valley. We had "rustico" which...

We spent our penultimate night in Costa Rica in this lovely little hotel in the Orosi Valley. The service here is friendly and very helpful. The rooms are clean, spacious, well equipped and have a lovely balcony outside that looks out over the town of Orosi, with views to the volcanoes beyond. The lodge is right next door to the...
