This is a nice resort. The wifi wasn't that great, and it's a hike to get around. It rained on us everyday. The staff was very friendly. Our bed was as hard as a rock. I woke up with back pains after a night there. The spa was nice. The italian restaurant on the grounds was good. We had wifi...

My husband and I booked 2 days at this resort and we decided as a treat to upgrade to the Master Suite. Wow! What an excellent idea that turned out to be! The suite is absolutely enormous and extremely well appointed. The front part of the room has a natural stone, hot spring ...in the room! The jacuzzi in the...

We arrived at the Arenal Springs Resort at about 3pm, where we were greeted with a welcome drink. The staff was friendly and courteous right off the bat. They answered all of our questions with a smile and we were able to book all of our tours at the concierge desk. The hot springs were refreshing. The hotel restaurant, while...

Hello Shimul S Thank you very much for visiting our hotel and for sharing your comments, sorry about the confusion on information about the Arenal National Park, possibly the person who helped you got confused and give you advice on elsewhere. For your stay it rained a lot during those days and is common that some insects like ants go...

Beautiful hotel. Beautiful rooms. The mineral springs are wonderful The only thing I didn't like was that people from outside the hotel were able to buy day passes and use the facilities. The view of the volcano from the rooms (if you can see it under the clouds) is beautiful. Staff was great. They drive you around in golf carts...

hello ctah41. Thanks for your comment, but I think you're confusing our Hotel Arenal Springs Resort and Spa with another hotel with a name very similar to ours, that because our hotel ever featuring hot springs to others, because we are totally exclusive to our guests, and not offer or have any animal shelter. Thanks and I hope we have...

We stayed for 3 nights and very much enjoyed the experience. They greet you with a welcome drink. The place is gated, so you feel safe. Our room felt very private - we could sit out with coffee in the morning looking horrible and no one saw us. Each room has a fridge and also a wonderful view of Arenal...

We didn't want to leave. We stayed 4 nights at Arenal Springs. The room was fabulous. The hot springs were outstanding. The only thing we didn't care for was the food (over priced and not very flavorful). Stay at Arenal, eat in town. They offer free WiFi, but you have to go up to the restaurant or lobby to use...

What a wonderful resort! Absolutely gorgeous grounds, luxurious rooms, even an open-air botanical garden in the bathroom!
