A lovely hotel with a view of Arenal volcano, if it's not cloudy that is. We stayed here 4 nights and loved the hot springs pools, which we were able to enjoy almost in private. The first room we checked in had a problem with hot water so after 2 nights we got a free upgarde to a suite that...

Hello DdJacques, thanks for visiting and begin to explain some details about your comment, 1) Our hotel is not an all inclusive but some groups visiting us like yours have some meals included and for that reason should wear a yellow armband to mean for our workers, besides the thermal waters of our hotel are exclusively for our guests and...

We stayed here for two nights this December. We were greeted upon arrival with a fruit punch drink and moist towels. The staff were very friendly and nice. It was raining when we arrived, and we were taken to our room (in the 500 block) in a golf cart. The rooms are like little bungalows, and there are two to...

Stayed 3 nights with family. Resort is away from town, restaurants, shopping. One way taxi ride to the nearest town of La Fortuna is about US $12. PROS: great view on the volcano; nice clean well maintained area; great cascading hot pools; breakfast included . CONS: sink won't drain -requested service was never done; food within resort is super overpriced;...

The view from this hotel is stunning. We had to book this place last minute because our other reservations fell through and we were not dissappointed. The location was great (although 10 minutes or so to town). The walls are very thin and we had a couple of people that stayed up VERY late one night so that was annoying!...

We stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed some parts of the resort, while others were not so great. The best: the hotel helps book your tours, the mineral pools and hot springs are clean and well kept, the location is great, and the view of Arenal (when not hidden in the clouds) is amazing. The cons: the rooms can...

Our group of 22 adults spent 4 nights at this hotel. The grounds are spectacular. The hot springs pool with the built in bar is one of the most relaxing places you could find. The resort was beautiful with very nice views of the Arenal Volcano. The hot springs were very relaxing. The food served in the restaurants as well as the breakfast buffet was really good though a bit on the pricey side. The staff was helpful and the location of the resort was close to most of the outdoor activities.
