Arenal Springs Resort in a very big and beautiful resort. I felt safe 100% of the time. The thermal springs are such a treat after hiking and exploring La Fortuna. The meals in the restaraunts were very good and the service was impeccable. The room was adequate and the bathrooms were unique. Your bathroom looked like a botanical garden. I...

We stayed here for two nights (14th and 15th November) on our tour. The hotel has a beautiful setting with lots of chalets set in roads. All rooms have a view of Arenal and lovely gardens. Unfortunately it was raining for a whole day when we got there and the clouds covered the volcano throughout the whole stay. We spent...

We stayed here for 3 nights in room 503. The room was decent, but nothing special. What makes this resort is the hot springs! It was great getting back from the day tours and jumping into the springs at night... There are a number of springs so you could easily find one for yourself! The main pool has a bar...

There is nothing special here. The rooms are not large and the curtains are weird: you have to open them to open the door. At check in the front desk made a big deal that the stocked minibar was ours to plunder without charge. Turns out there were 2 cans of beer and two cans of coke in the minibar....

This Resort is beautiful and very unique in that it is set up like a little sub-division made up of bungalows. Unfortunately for us we found it lacked the warm and friendly service we became accustomed to with the other 4 hotels we stayed at in Costa Rica. I really got the feeling that the staff were expecting and looking...
