Arenal Springs resort is very beautiful outside. The hot springs/ pools are very nice and the landscape beautiful. The swim up bar at the pool is convenient and comfortable . The food at the pool was good. The bartenders were not that attentive . You had to flag someone down to get a drink a lot of times . They...

Arenal Springs Resort was pure joy! The room and grounds were beautiful, and the food delicious. The sushi at the swim up bar was so good we had it twice. I have to mention Daniel at the front desk. I had left my backpack at our previous hotel, and Daniel would not give up until it was recovered. His kind...

Absolutely beautiful! The hot springs was phenomenal. The massage I got was perfect! The food was amazing! The service was perfect. If we come back to Costa Rica I will absolutely stay here and would recommend anyone to stay here! All of the staff speak English very well, too.

First, we drove here in the dark from the San Jose airport because it took forever for us to get from the rental office to the road and traffic was terrible for quite a ways. Windy one lane roads--be in for a real job if you rent and drive yourself. It's not just a leisurely drive by any stretch of...

We stayed here for 2 nights as part of a tour. It was a beautiful hotel and cannot be faulted. Rooms clean and well appointed with big picture windows overlooking the volcano. The wildlife was amazing with a 9 banded armadillo trekking across the path on the way back from dinner. The rooms had umbrellas to help get backwards and...

Wow. Fantastic staff, unique bungalows, very nice pool area, and real hot springs right up to the pool bar. The restaurant was so good that we did not feel the need to try any others, and only went out one night. We spent a lot of time in the pool area and had a fantastic view of the volcano. When...

We (two couples) spent four nights (Nov. 9 – 12) at the Arenal Springs Resort and Spa. After spending two nights in rather basic accommodations in the Tortuguero area the Arenal Springs Resort had a huge WOW factor. The grounds near the pool/springs area are lush and beautiful, while the lodging (mostly duplexes) are located in rows on a hillside...

This review is a little late as we stayed in January 2016. However we loved this hotel and felt it deserved a review. We stayed for two nights as part of a tour. Our room was very spacious and clean. The coffee in the room was really good! But what we enjoyed most was the back veranda, perfect spot to...

Stayed three nights at the Arenal Springs resort with my daughters, on our "girls trip" around Costa Rica. Lovely resort hotel, beautifully decorated for Christmas. There are a number of small pools, most of which are heated to a very comfortable temperature and were not overly crowded as we came in the "green" season. The Ti Cain restaurant served some...

If you ever just wanted to sit back and let someone else take care of everything, then you must visit this resort. The staff are super friendly and they will arrange everything you ask for. I have never felt so pampered in all of my entire life. And the price is a lot less expensive than comparable resorts right down...
