Loved the place. Inexpensive, small, but tucked away in a great spot, with great people/management. Big gate, protecting the property at night. Great pool, rooms were just fine. (Would have liked a King bed). Try this though...walk out of your room, and WOW! Arenal volcano was smoking RIGHT THERE. A beautiful view! If you are ok with a small B&B-type...

Close to Tabacon, La Fortuna Waterfall, Arenal Mundo Aventura, great restaurants and next door to a convenience store. Room had a fantastic view of the Arenal Volcano. Service was fantastic and the facilities were just ok. Little pool, tight parking and kinda lonely at night. Liked the hotel, but might try something different next time around. Recommend to a friend?...

We had three nights here and used as a base to explore the area. The accommodation was perfect for passing through. Clean, spacious rooms with a small balcony and a lovely pool to be able to drop into after a days trekking. The hotel, while not providing in room cooking facilities (although it had a good sized fridge) had a...

The room, the location, the people... are all great. The room was really nice, everything we needed and spotless clean. The location was central to everything we wanted to do, and the people that work here were extremely helpful. We'll definitely be back next time we're in the area.

We had a great 3-night stay at Hotel Bijagua. It's in a good location, easily accessible to La Fortuna, all of the eco tours and Arenal National Park. There are places to eat next to the hotel and across the street with excellent food, plus a grocery store right next door open reasonably late. The stay was pleasant, it is...

We loved our stay at hotel Bijagua. Our room was clean and comfortable. Our kids enjoyed the pool and we used the outdoor kitchen to cook a few meals. There is a small fridge in the room so we stocked in with milk, juice and fruit. Staff was super nice. They take good care of the hotel. It is right...

Has wi fi, pool, etc, but there are so many things...
