A friend try wifi and you guesst it,,,...

We were looking for a place to stay near the airport and as the Paradise hotel was full we ended in Tucan hotel which is pretty nice, with hot water , tv , good position and the receptionist speak very good English..... We liked this place.

When we checked in, our room wasn't ready. Apparently there was a misunderstanding so it wasn' cleaned. No problem, such things can happen. However what we didn't expect was the 'wildlife' we found in our room and in the bathroom: roaches. We told the owner and he promised to solve the problem. After a couple of hours we returned and...

My sister and I needed a place to stay at the last minute late at night on our last night in Costa Rica. We had been robbed at another place and had barely any cash. The guy gave us a room for the lowest possible rate he could and arranged for our taxi ride to the airport in the morning....

I have been at Hotel el Tucan for a week. The owner took over management again only two weeks ago. The hotel is not fancy but the management is friendly and very helpful.

We visited this hotel because of web reviews. We discovered the management changed. And then the customers. Instead of foreigners, you now can find noisy locals. Manager is just customer friendly. Rooms are basic for the price... But COLD !!!! If you don't need any view and don't care with the cooking smell : idea was to propose a small...

We arrived, late at night, looking for a place to stay. We drove by the hotel and they stopped us and asked if we needed a room. The room was nice, equipped with a tv, privat bathroom, refrigerator and AC! The people are very nice and helped us out with everything, they even helped us out to buy a car....
