I just recently stayed at Quality Inn in Selma, Al. This is one of the worst hotels that I have ever stayed in. The first room I got the A/C went out in it and the room didn't look clean. There was some liquid or something on the wall. So I asked the front desk agent to move me and...

Thank-you for the feedback and I do apologize your stay was not perfect. I have printed your comments and shared them with my maintenance staff so they can really understand how important it is to watch all of the details when checking the conditions of each room. Again my apologies to you and I hope that you will give us...

The room was great. Clean and smelled good. Towels were soft and smelled good. Bathtub was great. It was a whirlpool tub, very relaxing. The bed was soo comfortable and the pillows were great. Very nice room. Only problem is that I got bit by fleas all over my body and they are in my hair right now. Beings that...

The people alone at this clean, nice looking property make it worth a visit. The customer service was exceedingly friendly and efficient. From everything I saw, this is the nicest hotel choice in Selma. My room was nice enough. Got a decent night's sleep, despite a broken toilet that wouldn't stop running until I was forced to turn off the...

We stayed in room 212, which faced the east. It appeared to be reasonably clean except for all the scuffs and marks on the inside of the exterior wall and door, and also the door and walls in the bathroom. The safety latch was oddly broken so that it couldn't be used. (see picture) The staff was very friendly, and...

From check in to check out we had a really great experience. Everyone we met from (especially) the front desk to the other guests (a lot of construction guys) were polite, helpful and considerate. The room was only $78. (or about) a little beat up but really cleaned, fresh smelling and dry. The breakfast was good - an assortment of...

We traveled to the area to celebrate the 50th anniversary for Bloody Sunday. With tens of thousands of people traveling in, I expected higher costs, but even this hotel was $150/night. There were not many options in Selma, so we had to book what was available. This was not worth the money. The room was not cleaned properly, the pillow...

Well located, economic and very clean hotel. We checked in late and were greeted by friendly staff. The room was large with a nice king-size bed. Breakfast had all the things you need for a good breakfast. The missing sanitizer that another reviewer mentioned was now available. Management and staff really take pride in their jobs. Wifi is excellent.

One of the cleanest rooms I have had lately. The checkin lady was super friendly and efficient. Breakfast even had a waffle cooker and a buffet with sausage and eggs along with fruit, cereal, pastries and many more items.. Would gladly stay again.

I have stayed here before. It was originally a Jameson Inn And it was set up nicely. Rooms are comfortable and spacious enough. I checked in the evening. Staff was responsive but I did have problems. I discovered on the first morning there were no towels in room, when I called they wanted me to come get them. First off...
