This is a very tall and it was my first time to be on a very high floor (38th). It was awesome and expensive, but the experience was good enough. Breakfast is satisfactory, not so much options but I like the juice where its extracted fresh. This hotel has a mall at the lower ground so very convenient to buy...

Dear Tugateyshus, We appreciate that you take your time to share with us the experience of your stay here。 As the highest Renaissance hotel in over the world, the striking 60- storey building with a spectacular Sky Lobby on the 25th floor, and all guest rooms offering panoramic views of the city. We were very pleased that we especially impressed...

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and 3 full days and he we thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. Our bathroom had wall to wall windows on 2 sides of it. I have never stayed in a hotel with wall to wall to windows. Omi and this other guy (I forgot his name) at the concierge desk were of great...

Located above the No.2 line so great for commuting down to the Nanjing Road, People's Square or the Bund of which the hotel has excellent views. Also part of a larger shopping complex which has a number of restaurants on the upper floor should you want different food options. Go for the room rate with the Business centre to maximise...

When you already tried many hotels in Shanghai , this hotel is offering reliable service with professionaly trained staff, ( much better than the "industrial service" and "soul free" offered by Hyatt ( especially Hyatt on the bund who bet everything on its outstanding location and a very interesting decoration and architecture (though getting old) Renaissance very good location from...

I have stayed in this hotel about 3 times. Overall experience is ok. The japanese restaurant is very reasonable but quality is just average. The chinese restaurant is better. The is a small mall at the basement but note...it is small. There is a starbucks closeby. For business travellers this hotel serves its purpose. Rooms are reasonably clean and spacious....

Room is standard, a bit old already. Bed is comfortable. Breakfast however is only average and expensive. I expected for such a large hotel a more comprehensive buffet. Regular coffee it's not good. Ask for fresh coffee from the machine. However, some staff will not understand what you want. Gym and 25 m swimming pool are on the 12th floor,...

This is one of the best business hotels you would get to stay in a mega metro city. Conveniently located, the rooms are practical, excellent space management and good quality supplies. The hotel also has high floor rooms and they have remarkable view to the city. It is located in a mall and well connected with Shanghai Metro Looking forwarding...

Nice place in Shanghai. Across the street from a metro station with Zhongshan park on the opposite side. Nice place for a stroll in the evening. Hotel starts at the 25th floor and goes up to the top. Book lounge access if you can. It is in the top of the building and has great views.

The hotel generally is located at convenient location with a mall attached, which serves most of our needs. The staff is generally nice, however, some of them are probably new to the hotel and below standards that they could be rude and slow. Staying in Zhongshan Park

Neighbourhood Profile
Zhongshan Park
The residential and commercial areas around the beautiful grounds of Zhongshan Park have never been considered particularly fashionable by a majority of Shanghai’s foreign residents, but plenty of expats do choose to live here. The park itself is a huge draw, providing a pocket of serenity in the middle of the metropolis. The area has its share of trendy shops with wares that can’t be found elsewhere, delicious restaurants with food ranging from fancy to affordable, and great hidden bars. Rents are also cheaper here than in other neighborhoods with the same conveniences. Aside from the obvious attractions, with its neighborhood fix-anything shops and pop-up street stalls that sell anything you need, you’ll never sacrifice Western comforts.
