Great for business - no real complaints - attached to a bigger business complex. Staff welcoming and attentive. Interesting bar, mainly full of business people - but turns into a live music area later in the evening.

The hotel is well located for business and leisure. On the plus side the bathrooms are modern and fantastic, everything works and the beds and linen were out the top draw, no stiff neck or sore back!!! Only constructive complaints, the breakfast is way over priced. The carpets need replacing, seems to be all Chinese hotels I stay in. The...

This is a 5 stars hotel and it is not cheap as compare with other hotel nearby. The rooms are big and it has all the necessary amenities. The check-in and check-out is fast. There's an indoor swimming pool hence it is not a problem for bad weather outside. The only minus point I found is my bathtub is always...

2nd time at the hotel as I was here for a conference. I assumed as I have stayed here before, i was given a room at the executive level (Level 38). However, that does not mean i have access to the executive lounge (i was told i need to pay extra to access the executive lounge). Room is decent, clean,...

This hotel overlooks the river in Shanghai. It's about an hour from the International airport. The room I was allocated was on the 40th (top) floor and was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Everything necessary was provided and was in great condition. I had supper in the Eton Cafe on the 3rd floor. The spread of food in the buffet...

Pro's: 1. Location: convenient. Subway station is just across the street. 2. Overall: Pretty clean and tidy 3. House keeping: Fast and efficient (we asked for a replacement box of tissue. The minute we hung up the phone, the minute the house keeping staff knocked on our door.) 4. Hotel quality - hard ware: not bad. Con's: 1. Check in:...

Just an average hotel for me. Did not meet my expectation considering the brand and the rate. I guess the hotel itself is very good. I think it's the service that put Eton not the best hotel for me. Some were excellent but some were rude. But most staff we encountered are not welcoming. Not the best location also but...

Had a great experience at this hotel. Breakfast was fantastic. All the room facilities were great. Even the health club, locker rooms, swimming pool were all very good. Only thing was the hot tub was not hot, but that seemed minor compared to how great everything else was.

Small lobby, small regular rooms, very nice deluxe rooms on the high floors from 38 and above. Around the hotel constructions 24 hours a day which makes the hotel not so comfortable due to the noise and traffic conjunctions
