A Good Business Hotel for short duration for mid budget range. We stayed 24th Jan'18 to 26th Jan'18 and stay was comfortable & enjoyable. Though they have limited complementary breakfast items compared to other business hotel but have variety for Chinese customer. There are couple of good restaurant nearby for lunch & dinner. Overall a very good hotel in Shanghai

Been on my first business trip to Shanghai and this hotel was my host for the week long stay..i say it was a good stay..not great but good enough..Staff was helpful enough and there was a nearby convenience store to buy my needs..

Interior was nice and bed and sheets were clean..Heater was working fine as it was winter and the bath fixtures worked just fine..

It was also accessible from the offices and especially the Bund..so overall its a nice stay..

Would stay here again..

For a first timer in Shanghai, this hotel is good enough, nice location, clean rooms, internet and security is there..staff though is a bit apprehensive to entertain and speak to english speaking guests. Overall very good and pleasant stay..

The room is very very small and the service is very bad. When we checked in to the hotel there was maintenance work going on for bathrooms. They chaged the room 3 times due to same issue.

They have limited wifi reuters. So that is first come first serve basis. Only other option is network cable. That wont work for ipad and mobiles.

None of the staff understands English

We had two overnight layovers in Shanghai during our trip to Europe - one on the way to and one on the way from. We wanted a place that was reasonably priced, close to Pudong Airport, and that included a shuttle service. We stayed here on the way to Europe and decided to book it again for the way back 10 days later. The rooms are clean and pretty well-appointed. The staff is very friendly though they don't speak English, Korean, Japanese, or Spanish (the four languages we know and/or can make our way around in.). However, they make great use of cell phone translators, so we really had few problems communicating with them. The breakfast had a good mix of Chinese and Western food. I don't think we'd stay here if we wanted to be closer to Shanghai's tourist attractions, but if you want to be near the airport (or Disneyland, I suppose), it's a good deal!

Room Tip: The breakfast room is on the second floor, so that floor gets a little busy in the morning.

I have stayed here for 16 days. The hotel is actually good, while the language barrier was a little annoying. Only a couple of staffs speak English. However the other items are good.
Breakfast is only Chinese, could add a few variants. But I was the only alien here, so maybe Chinese cuisine is best for their target customers.

There a couple of cheap and very good dinners nearby. I think I might just revisit them in n next trip.

Reasonable size room and bathroom to use as a transit hotel, is perfect and really value for money!
I stayed there twice as a transit hotel on my way to other cities and were happy overall with this hotel.

I arrived here about 9:00 p.m. on transit back to the US. Once retrieving luggage, you will want to call the hotel to get the shuttle, do not exit the terminal or you will have to go back through security to go to the departures floor where the hotel shuttle meets you. Again, you need to call them and they will send a shuttle - they don't use the "free hotel shuttle" buses you'll see signs for.

The ride to the hotel took about 30 minutes and went down some sketchy roads after exiting the freeway. But once inside, I was blown away by the modern lobby and staff. While one clerk took my passport, another poured me some hot tea, and another prepared my luggage. The clerk said all the restaurants were closed due to Spring Festival, but offered to order McDonalds delivery. She also walked me up to my room.

The room was small but clean and quiet. I will definitely return the next time I am in Shanghai. I paid $65US, but Shanghai is a little pricier than other areas of China.

Stayed here for 1 night with wife and daughter. Reason to stay here because want to visit ‘Pudong Mosque’, just 100m from the hotel. Agree with ‘yawn17’, they were sexy women's poster card put at your doorstep and I totally not recommended to staying here.

The room is clean and decent enough but the service is lacking. They did not tell us the wifi password until I asked specifically. Some staff are rather rude so my feedback on their service is kind of mixed. There are some courteous and helpful staff but just turn the corner and you meet the unwilling, unhappy ones.
