First rated facility, can't complain on anything from arriving, room facility, cleanliness, in-room dining, breakfast, etc. It is also located right in the center of Pudong business district, a walking distant to subway.

Celebrating our 20 years friendship, my very good friend and myself was on a three nights overseas trip to Shanghai. We had booked the Pearl suite, which looked really nice, but upon arrival we were upgraded to the Presidential suite - which is so absurd that I have been in doubt I'll tell anyone about it. The service level can...

My room was on the 30th floor. Great view of city streets and buildings from my window. Bath tub and amenities were just right. The shower room allow for both sitting and standing choice. wonderful bath liquids added each day - bath gel, shampoo and body lotion. The breakfast is the best I have seen. We had a fantastic suite, with the most amazing view possible. Got upgraded, thank you very much! The Club is very nice with good afternoon tea and evening dim sum. Everything is very close to the hotel. Only thing is, better call a taxi in advance, as there are no taxis driving by, we had to wait 15 minutes and...

Lovely rooms which are relatively large and also well appointed. Definitely a hotel of choice if you need to be in Pudong and also looking for a quieter option in the 5 star range. Only shortcoming may be the lack of choice for in house F and B vs other hotels around.

The whole experience was fantastic, but the most memorable was the breakfast buffet. The selections and presentations were exceptional. Also, the infinity pool and spa on the 41st floor is one of the best!

Given its Four Seasons, the services and the receptionists are very efficient and attentive. It hasn't got the other Four Seasons types of grand hotel feel as its a bit small on both lobby and reception areas as compared to that of Puxi. I will still highly recommend this hotel in view it's very new and the services are very...

Great location. Great service. Luxury living space. You would never find anywhere else better than here in Shanghai. We stayed here for 2 nights in Sep and it was very comfortable stay. One thing though that I am a bit disappointed is the spa without a sauna... It would have been perfect if the sauna was there

It's a Four Seasons, so of course expectations are going to be high. But there isn't a single area of the hotel that disappoints. The rooms are phenomenally-appointed (get a Pearl view room on a high floor), Shangxi has the best "fancy" dim sum I've ever had, the service staff don't make a single mistake, and the spa is heavenly....

Staying in Lujiazui

Neighbourhood Profile
Lujiazui
When people speak of Shanghai’s futuristic skyline, it’s the financial district of Luiazui they are speaking of. Shanghai’s most iconic buildings are located in close proximity to Lujiazui’s elevated ring road and swanky eateries. Sky-high shopping and chic bars fill the highrises around the area. As is characteristic of a world-class financial business district, some of Shanghai’s best malls and hotels can be found in the neighborhood. While everyone on the famous Bund side of the river gazes in awe at these amazing structures, all the buildings here, as well as Lujiazui’s riverside promenade, offer great views of the historic buildings all along the Puxi side. The Lujiazui park often hosts music festivals throughout the year, and park goers can party and stroll in the shadow of some of the world’s tallest buildings.
