We booked this hostel for 3 nights having read the decent reviews. We arrived at 1pm and had to wait 30 mins before someone would speak to us as they were 'busy'. We were told our rooms would not have clean sheets until after 4:30pm....More
DO NOT BOOK THIS HOSTEL. I checked in this hostel on june 18th, put my belongings inside the locker of my dorm and locked it before going out. Returned a few hours later: the locker was still closed but my passport and money were missing....More
We stayed in a private double room for 4 nights. The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. The staff at reception were helpful. The location is fantastic as it is only 2 minutes walk from the metro station and East Nanjing Road....More

People’s Square brings with it all the excitement you would expect from the town square of one of the biggest cities in the world. The area around People’s Square and People’s Park is always a abuzz with activity. Oceans of local and foreign tourists flow in and out of the area every day to see grand museums, go shopping and eat at some of Shanghai’s most storied food centers. Shanghai residents, meanwhile, live and
work in the many residential and office high-rises. While much of Shanghai stays busy late into the night, this really is an area that never sleeps with glitzy nightclubs keeping people up until the wee hours of the morning.
