The room stinks like an old nursing home
internet is not stable
the spa rip people off
booking in advance online actually costs 300 percent more than booking price on the day which is a rip off as well

Very good location esp if you are participating in Shanghai New International Exp center for an exhibition. Barely 3 km walk to this place. Also Century park is very close which can help you for walking.
My second stay in this hotel and a very good option if working other in Pudong. Very good access within walking distance to various different Metro lines.
Staff are very good with excellent English, and a clear management focus on service and the full hotel...More

The hotel was in a nice quiet location, close to transport and markets. We used it as a base to go elsewhere via the metro. The staff were really friendly and helpful at all times. The first two nights we got a great room rate...More
Shanghai residents see Pudong’s suburbs as the place that grown-ups retreat to when they’re ready to settle down and stop living in the cramped confines of a refurbished lanehouse. The areas around Century Park are some of the most desirable as they are in close proximity to the Metro Lines, granting easy access to the heart of Puxi. The park itself is a huge draw, it’s one of Shanghai’s biggest and there are sports
fields tucked into one of its corners, but five-star hotels, museums and great malls make life in the Century Park area easy for the homesick foreigner. And if living in a Western bubble in China isn’t your thing, there is plenty of local flavor to be had in between the major development. Some of Lujiazui’s futurism can also be seen in buildings and sculptures throughout the neighborhood as well.
