This hotel is located on an ideallic island and the staff truly are gems. The views you get from this hotel are second to none and the ocean view rooms are beautiful. There are plentiful opportunities to snorkel around the resort and on boat trips out. The monuriki trip is definitely recommended. Beverley and her team do a great job of the food and the staff in the restaurants are so very friendly. Special thanks to Vacalaini who made me so comfortable as a solo visiter. The spa is so relaxing and the products smells divine. Thank you to Vasiti for her help and kindness there. Last but not least Maika on the front desk who always checked my stay was ok and if i needed anything. The staff and the location really made this trip for me and i hope to return soon. Vinaka! We booked this hotel because we were doing this trip on points. There are some reviews comparing this property to the Tokoriki Resort, which is adults only. While we didn’t stay there, we can say that the Sheraton provides top notch service and amazing sunsets. We had a beach front bure with a lovely garden and direct access to the beach. The staff here are beyond lovely. The management was in transition while we were there. The previous manager is leaving to set up the new Westin in Denarau that is slated to open next year. He happened to be on our ferry back to the main island and he ensured all of us got our luggage and to where we needed to go even though he was off the clock. You will not be disappointed if you book at the Sheraton Tokoriki!

BUHLA! Absolutely amazing experience and as most of the reviews said, the staff made it even more incredible. Executive Chef was BEYOND kind and amazing she truly went above and beyond to make my friends birthday dinner and lunch and breakfast special thanks a million Beverly!!! Josefa makes thee BEST drinks (I didn't have any alcohol in the them). Leila, Sekove, Jordan, and many more were so kind, welcoming and accommodating. Did not have to wait long for food or drinks, team was very very attentive and accommodating. We had the all inclusive and pretty much evejoyed everything. The restaurants were fine, ordering off the chefs menu was divine!! What I did not love: It wasn't terrible but still needs an upgrade...the rooms...specifically the bathrooms (I say bathrooms, bc we stayed in one room then switched to a double so we experienced 3 bathrooms--so Im able to say confidently upgrade is needed) and the smell of mold and or mildew coming from the AC vents which looked pretty dirty. Other than that, the stay was amazing! I didn't get in the pool or ocean so can't speak to that, but the pool looked clean and the ocean was gorgeous and my friends said the water activities were great!

We stayed for 5 nights in Sheraton Tokoriki Island on our 12 night Fiji holiday. The resort exceeded our expectations in every way. From the moment we checked in we were treated exceptionally well and made to feel like family. We received a free room upgrade to a spacious one bedroom villa without being asked and when things didn’t go right as they some times do they proactively took steps to make things right. One night our dinner order got lost in the system and we received free drinks and desert as well as an apology from the Executive Sous Chef Bev next morning who went the extra mile to find us and offer us the themed BBQ experience, making sure we had a great night. The resort is one of the prettiest we have stayed in and the sun sets were out of this world. Staff truly are the best we have encountered in all our Fiji stays. Special shout out to Lei and Leila. They are such special people. We also loved the way the resort was organised around the lobby/ common areas with games rooms, library, restaurants and bars around the pool. It helped to interact with other guests and make friends while providing a shady comfortable area to sit and read my book with great views right in front of me. We have moved onto a Denarau Resort now and we miss Tokoriki and wish we had a few more days booked there. Tip: If you miss the once daily ferry to the island it’s probably worthwhile to overnight in Denarau or Nadi as the one hour water taxi transfer is not the most relaxing way to arrive in the island.

Arrived for the Thanksgiving week 2023, we booked through an offer from Marriott website with 5 night stay in an ocean facing plunge pool bungalow. The offer includes daily breakfast for 2, 500FJd to spend at resort, 2 round trip adult transfer and 30-min spa for two. Though we did not use the SPA and breakfast would have been free for my Titanium status, I still think it’s a good deal and would recommend if you ever see this deal again. Overall, this is a beautiful resort with the island vacation facilities you can expect. Staff is friendly, food is decent. They met the 4-star resort expectations. We like the nice touch that the management team offers an evening meet and greet drink on our last night with some canapé. We met some of the amazing management teams and they shared the stories from the island which makes our experience on the island much more authentic. GM is new and I have high hopes this resort can continue to inch towards the 5-star status I think they can achieve! A few advise to travelers: - go to the helipad (weather permitting) at 5PM to see sunset and get sunset cocktail there. Simply beautiful - house reef is beautiful. You need to swim towards the edge of the reef to actually see the amazing coral reef and fish. We even saw a sea turtle! Bring your own snorkel, or rent for $50 FJD - take the 30 min hike to the hideaway beach. The beach is tranquil and beautiful. A few things to improve to the management team: - please have towels at the gym :) - staff is great, but what could be better is they can be a bit more attentive for breakfast services (eg lead guests to the table and do water/juice/coffee service at table side). For bonvoy elite: - status is recognized at check-in, the manager did come and greet us but don’t think we got upgrades, but we already booked a nice room with pool. - breakfast might be included for status, but good to check. We have breakfast included with the deal we booked. - they have chocolates, fruit plate and a bottle of wine for welcome gift in the room, which is a nice surprise. Overall, we had a good time there. I see a lot of potential for it to be more elevated and hopefully to be an iconic 5-star island resort some day.

Such a wonderful experience for our first time in Fiji. The resort was so relaxing and the staff were unbelievably attentive to every need. We were unlucky enough to be there during a cyclone however this bought out the best in the resort customer service. Nothing was too much trouble and the personal attention my husband and I received to ensure an unforgettable wedding anniversary will never be forgotten. All of the staff were 5 star however I have to give a special mention to Ivamere Vuadomo (Eva the Diva). WE really enjoyed learning about the locals and where they were from. As a business owner we are always looking to raise money for a great cause and after talking to Ivamere we have started the process of raising money and collecting school supplies for their local village. We will definitely be back and hav been mentioning the resort and the hospitality to all of our clients. Thank you for such an unforgettable memory, my husband and I are eternally grateful for everything. Julie Swann

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience at this Resort. I was up and down on the Toilet after eating at the Indian restaurant. The cocktails do not have enough Ice in them. I understand that everything is shipped in but!? Need ice. We waited 1.5 hours for a Cheese burger and most of the Pool umbrellas could not withstand the high winds so many were lowered leaving pool goers with no shade. Our room didn’t not have Internet or TV access because we were too far from the Hub. I ordered a Tequila and club soda and they tried to pass me a Tequila Tonic. I found out that they were out of Club Soda. The staff is wonderful, the resort is clean and of course the Island and views are beautiful! The Pros: wonderful staff

Choosing to stay at the Sheraton Resort & Spa, Tokoriki Island was a fantastic decision for a 10 night stay, we instantly felt welcomed and respected from the minute we arrived. The staff are what make this Resort from the Executive Team; Praveen - General Manager, Lavinia - Front Office Manager, Beverly - Executive Sous Chef, Asenaca - Assistant F&B Manager, Leba - Executive Housekeeper, Thilina - Chief Engineer and Joy -HR. All Executives checked in with us regularly to see we were enjoying ourselves and if there was anything further that they could do to make our experience amazing. The Associates are the most beautiful people who made our stay so enjoyable with fun conversations and activities; coconut ice cream making, basket weaving, Zumba, aqua aerobics, bingo & quizs with Leila, Villi, Kalu & Lai. We loved the abundance of food cooked by Beverly, Malakai and team as we rolled off the table each meal...the buffet breakfast is vast with many choices and utterly delicious, with Mali always close by to assist if needed. Staff from Waitari House, Coco Palms & Lovo are so friendly, kind and amicable, we thank Vacalaini, Vili, Niumaia, Varanisese, Josefa, Eva, Iri noand t to forget the fun loving John 'The Barman'. I thank Aleati & Arni for my relaxing massages from The Spa. Sereima attended to our spacious room each day and upon returning it smelt fresh and clean, with flowers scattered around the room which always produced a smile. The reef is within swimming distance from shore or catch a ride on the jet ski out to the most beautiful and clear reef (weather permitting) or hire a kayak, SUP, snorkelling gear from lovely Sarah and team at the surf hut. The pool is large with many lounges and umbrellas for shade. The view is exceptional from the beach, the deck and the Helipad (where cocktails are celebrated), we utilised the guest laundry (for a small fee). Remember you are on an Island where there are no local shops/restaurants so the prices are dearer than the mainland. We look forward to returning to The Sheraton Resort & Spa.

I stayed here for 5 nights with my husband for our honeymoon. Unfortunately we got gastro while staying here, along with every other guest we spoke to. Understand that sickness can spread easily in a hotel, but I don’t believe enough was done by the hotel to prevent the spread. Reception also honestly didn’t seem to care when we raised this with them. If you read older reviews, gastro-like illnesses seems to be very common amongst guests who stay here which is a bit concerning that this isn’t a one off occurrence. Apart from being sick, I’m not sure what was worse; the food or the service. I ate a pasta that tasted like a jar of Leggos pasta sauce and overcooked pasta. Not what you expect from a “5 star” resort. It’s the type of place you have to cross your fingers and hope for the best. - you order iced coffee, you get a cappuccino - you get told you get complimentary champagne in your room, it never comes - You ask reception for a request, they say they will confirm and to check back with them tomorrow. You go back tomorrow to check and they forgot to do it and so the cycle continues. We did this 3 days in a row… The positives: the housekeeping staff were lovely when we were unwell so a special shout-out to these ladies who gave us a fruit platter and extra water. The rooms were also very clean and beds comfy. The island itself is beautiful and does help distract you from the Fijian faulty towers that this place felt like. We were meant to stay 7 nights but left early as had enough. We moved next door to Tokoriki Island Resort which I highly recommend instead of the Sheraton.

The greatest asset the Sheraton Tokoriki has is its staff! They were consistently kind and did their best to get you whatever you needed! Lavinia, the reception manager, is the best example of this. I got very sick during my last two days on the island, and she did everything possible to help me to feel better, from extra towels to six packs of Fiji water to a fruit plate complete with a freshly picked coconut for registration. Nothing was too much trouble! The bartenders could have used some additional training; bickering about who would have to get guests drinks and they forgot our order twice. As mentioned previously, the food is somewhat lacking but they are trying. I would call this a beautiful, rustic Island resort.
