We booked 2 nights on this hotel backpackers hoping to find a small shop as it was indicated in the description, possibly be able to cook something alone etc.

Sorry we don't have cooking facility on the resort. Breakfast will be monitored so no one misses out. It can be very windy on the island. The resort next door have some weird rules about our guest on their property,...More
We stayed here for 5 nights as we had my sisters wedding on the Mana Resort right next door and saved big money in staying here other than the resort.

Room would be good at a quarter of the price.
Ratty cold water only bathroom.
Great service and friendly staff.
Restaurant ok if you stay away from the meal plan.
Good basic food. Local specials to be avoided.

This is a fun place to enjoy the sunset, meet the locals and try the specials! There is a small market selling souvenirs as well. Wonderful live music and drinks! It can get crowded at dinner so plan ahead.
We had a perfekt time on Mana Island!
