Leleuvia Island Resort is just a short taxi+boat ride from Suva-Nausori airport (1 hr altogether) and it's the perfect destination for the traveler who wants to enjoy white sand, incredible underwater life and water sports. What's more important this is not the typical island resort with "traditional" Fijian shows put up for tourists. This is a relaxed island where you...

Leleuvia is a beautiful spot to get away to, located relatively close to Suva. Bure type accommodation with shared bathroom facilities are basic but very adequate. Bures have fans but no mosquito protection. There are no self catering facilities, guests need to pay for the provided meal packages (Note, while special dietary requirements are accommodated, the menu is typically set)....

I am a little embarrassed that this review is only being written now because I stayed at Leleuvia in September 2014. But I had to write this review because our experience at Leleluvia was so good and so wonderful. The location could not be more ideal. Absolutely stunning island with endless different shades of blue where ever you looked. The...

What a location! A coral atoll with a few bures all built of traditional materials. Hot showers in good shared bathroom faciltites, friendly staff who have gone out of their way to be helpful and caring, free water sports equipment, free wifi. A dream come true to be here for Christmas. Not crowded, and so picturesque. I stayed in the...

Relaxing. You can swim, snorkel or kayak or just lay in a hammock and read. Great get out of Suva break. Beautiful sea breeze lulls you off to sleep in a hammock, deck chair on the beach or in bed. Food was great as was entertainment.

We went to Leleuvia to attending a beautiful wedding and it was my husband and I's first trip to the island. We had a wet boat trip to the island...but it was well worth it. The food on arrival was amazing. The bure we stayed in was so spacious and cosy. The bathroom and toilet facilities were clean. Our dinner,...

Leleuvia is an Island Paradise. We spent a weekend there and will return if we ever visit Fiji again. The Island is beautiful with crystal clear water ideal for snorkelling (amazing) and other water sports (many included in the tariff). The food was great, with traditional fijian options available. Do yourself a favour and stay for at least a couple...

We were lucky enough to discover this beautiful island searching on the web and visited over the September school holidays. With 3 children aged 8, 11 and 14 we were worried that a week would too long but it flew! Leleuvia is a very special place with wonderful warm and caring staff. One of our children got quite sick when...

We spent a week at Leleuvia with our boys 13 & 15 and it was our best week in Fiji, the beaches and water are Fiji perfect and we spent hours just snorkling, paddle boarding and kayaking. There has been mixed reviews of the food, but the week we spent there we enjoyed some wonderful meals, with seconds always offered...

Leleuvia Island Resort is a totally beautiful place. Idyllic, picture perfect island surrounded by gorgeous beaches, clear water and some lovely coral. The people are a delight to be around and really make your stay everything it could be. The food's delicious and plentiful and the bures are fun to sleep in. The shared bathroom facilities are cute. No hot...
