Unfortunately the weather was a bit cold while we were there during Spring Break and we couldn't do any swimming or even stay out on the beach very long. But we did enjoy the condo, the views, and great seafood. We've stayed w Brett-Robinson nearly every summer for the last 20 years and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Not the best condo Brett- Robinson has to offer. Not decorated the way I would do a beach house. 3 hours wait to get maintenence to unplug toilet upon arrival. Holes in bathroom ceiling. Have stayed exclusively with Brett- Robinson for over 10 years, 1 of the few less than perfect stays with them.

Great condo! Everything was very nice and clean. The kids loved having a small yard to play in. The only downfall was not having a good view of the ocean. Also there was a lot of noise in the master bedroom and kids bedroom when the condo above us ran water.

We had an awesome time. Just sucked that the week we were there was kind of chilly. But overall was a nice place and a great view. The pools and hut tubs were nice. It was really close to the beach, which made troops to the beach nice.

Great for a family vacation. Indoor pool is a little small but the beach is amazing. I suggest this hotel to anyone looking for a nice vacation. They don't supply much for cleaning supplies such as soap or toilet paper but this isn't a hotel.

We have stayed here before and loved it the first time. Love how the rooms are tile except the bedroom. The view from the balcony is awesome. When you first walk in, We like that you see a staff ready to help you. We plan on staying here again sometime soon.

It was ok but got tired of the elevator. Wasn't informed on activity when checking in. Like the trails at Gulf Shores State Park. Weather was pretty good. We golf a couple of times and went bike riding a couple of times

weather2015: Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. With so many activities in our area, it would be difficult to address them with all to our guests. We have many links on our website and our Welcome Center is just a few miles East of this property. The Alabama Gulf Coast is conveniently located to Mobile, Pensacola...

We traveled down for an early spring break due to our daughter playing in a soccer tournament. The weather turned bad (rain and 40 degree temps) but thankfully our condo and location was great. Wonderful condo, extremely nice. And the indoor pool and hot tubs helped us turn cold days into fun ones!

View was great. repair requests were handled quickly. Hide-a-bed was not comfortable to sit on. (Did not have any support, very hard to get out of). Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and serving dishes.

We stayed at Phoenix East for 2 mos., January-February, 2017. I can only speak for those 2 mos. but our 2 bedroom condo was very updated and beautifully furnished. The furniture on the balcony was VERY NICE!! P.E. is close to the Perdido Pass so we could see all the boats going in and out of the pass while sitting...

“There are 1, 2, 3 bedroom condos, fully furnished kitchens. Go online and pull up the condos that are available for the time you want it. You will see that they are all furnished VERY different. Choose carefully.”

“If you are staying a month or more, you will need little things like tin foil, plastic wrap, bath soap, and garbage bags. Shop at the Dollar Stores for your bargains there. At Publix Grocery Store, try the Double Baked Potato in the Deli section. Best I've ever had in my life. ”
