I spent one night here as a stopover. The room was clean but noisy; I could hear water running from above--I think whenever the toilet was flushed, but it was at all hours of the night and I was able to get only about 4 hours of sleep. The bed was so soft, it was very uncomfortable. The elevators were...

Our stay here was wonderful. The staff was friendly and handled all of our needs. Room was clean and breakfast was good. It was right across the street from the beach. Only complaints..elevators took forever and the water shower from private beach access is broken so you have to bring all the sand from beach back to room with you....

Only positive - good location in OB; maybe that's why they have it a Cat. 7 - otherwise it's definitely not up to Marriott standards. I understand they are renovating but it looks like only the rooms. The good - friendly staff. Lobby is nice. The bad - elevators were never wiped down. Breakfast is "ok" but was bland. Stairwell...

Dear Seasoned travelers stay away, Thank you for your feedback regarding your recent stay. There is never a good time to do renovations, but we are at the tail end of it now. We chose to renovate our guest rooms first and we are just finishing up our common areas, mainly 1st floor. It does get a little messy a...

The location is very good. It is a short walk to the beach. The hotel itself is okay, but probably a little below average for the chain. Our room was clean, and everything worked. The price was very good, probably because it was off season. It is certainly an acceptable choice.

Spent 2 nights at this very nice, very accessible location. The hotel itself is located a little off the main hgwy which limits the noise. The back of the hotel overlooks a nice little pond, complete w/ a not so friendly guest alligator. The hotel has an access gate to the beach. They will transport you to the gate across...

Was there on business and got sick late second day of trip. Went to doc-in-a-box nearby and diagnosed with flu. Asked clerk if I could checkout at 5:00 pm. She said she would handle it. Good stay even with renovation going on. Clean rooms. Decent breakfast. Would stay again for business trips.

Positive - The staff was friendly and responsive. Easy access to beach but it does require crossing Perdido Beach Blvd. Negatives: Given the WORST room in the hotel. If you go and get assigned 215 or 217, ask for a different room or go somewhere else. The window is behind front entrance facade so it's like having a wall instead...

My husband and I spent several months this winter at the Fairfield Inn in Orange Beach. We enjoyed the warm, friendly people who went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. This year the hotel has been under renovations. Some changes were made to accommodate the changes but we never felt it affected...

During our January 2017 stay, we experienced a friendly, helpful, and courteous staff-including general manager, front desk, breakfast room, maintenance, and housekeeping staff members. In spite of hotel renovations going on during our stay, the staff worked hard to make sure our stay was as comfortable and relaxing as possible. We find the location great for getting to local restaurants,...

The Fairfield Inn Orange Beach is undergoing renovations, but they did an excellent job of turning the conference room into a breakfast room. They had a good breakfast selection and really great room price. Don’t be fooled by the water in the pictures – the water is a bayou, it’s a couple of blocks off the beach. Would stay here...

It is our goal for every guest to have a memorable experience. Unfortunately, we fell short of your expectations during your recent visit. There is just never a good time for renovations, however, we are starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel with hopefully just 4 weeks to completion. We do our best to inconvenience our...
