This was our second hotel on our road trip and we almost had a bad experience. The room we had reserved stank of smoke and had not been cleaned. Fortunately they offered us the only other room available for the same price, The Presidential Suite. The room was gorgeous. The hotel itself was beautiful. It felt like what you see...

This lovely B&B / travellers' inn is located in historic downtown Mobile within easy walking distance to several cafes and restaurants. The website mentions the comfortable rooms each with antique decor, complimentary breakfast, parking and wifi, and friendly guest services. We discovered that Mobile folks are truly friendly. Sidewalk passersby offer courteous greetings, and even a panhandler whom we encountered...

We were there for down time following Christmas and fell in love with this hotel. It was close to some great restaurants (walking distance) and was easy to get to and from anywhere else we cared to visit by automobile. Samantha was fantastic also, making sure we had everything we needed in our room, plus gave us some great recommendations...

My family and I came down for NYE 2017. The staff was very friendly, and went out of their way to accommodate us. The hotel was very clean and had everything we needed. The courtyard was so relaxing and the overall scenery was so nice. Definitely will choose this place again.

A grand hotel with lots of old world charm and all modern facilities. I had a courtyard room overlooking the fountain which was beautiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is a brief walk from Dauphine Street where there is plenty of things to see and do. Mobile is a lovely place to visit and the Malaga...

The positives: This old inn has a good - not great - location. It's a few blocks from Dauphin and an easy walk. It's also close to interstate. It also has a quaint courtyard and a small pleasant lobby. Negatives: Rooms are small and spartan. TV was old. Beds are uncomfortable. Shower didn't work and water in tub came out...

I love historic homes and buildings and when I walked into the lobby of the Malaga Inn I felt like I had died and gone to heaven! This place is so beautiful! Nostalgic but with a modern touch. You get the best of both worlds, a hotel but with a bed and breakfast style and charm. My room was huge...

I LOVE this hotel! From the minute I walked into the " lobby ", with the beautiful Christmas tree and a big warm welcome from Vonnie, who checked me in, the entire stay was wonderful. The historic room, which was lovely, was also immaculate. It's location is perfect for a walk to Beinville Square and Dauphin Street for many restaurant...

My wife and I stayed here on our way home from our honeymoon. The hotel itself is a beautiful, old building located near the city's French district. The staff is very helpful and warm. In the main foyer/sitting area there is a collection of vinyl records and a turntable for guests to put on the music they want to hear....
