The hotel is clean and room is big, but building looked a bit old. Car park is free, so is good for me to drive from Singapore. So I will suggest you guys to park your car at the hotel and walk around. Lots of good food around the hotel. The breakfast is ok, not continental breakfast just normal fried...

The location is the best choice for choosing Mimosa Hotel. Just opposite the hotel is a "lobak" food stall. On left side of hotel is poppie stall, operate at noon till 9pm, RM4 each, always long queue. Further down there is a back street, few stalls which are selling clam, lala, sotong etc, operate from 6pm. Always long queue before...

Whenever we go Malacca, we always book Mimosa Hotel due to the location. There's a lot of food stalls near and the popiah near this hotel is worth a visit. Also not far from Jonker Street. My recent stay with this hotel is quite disappointing though. I stayed with my partner last week for overnight. The room is clean but...

We found the hotel really clean, good shower and lots of extras in the room including a fridge. The buffet breakfast was...

Newly painted on the outside but badly maintained on the inside. Our biggest complaint is the musky sourish smell, which I believe came from what looked like a century old carpeting. We requested a room change, slightly better. However we originally requested for a room on a higher floor being light sleepers but were horrible sentenced to a room on...

Me, my girlfriend and 2 of our friends stayed there for 2 nights (August 9 to 11 2014).The bus that took us from Singapore to Malacca dropped us off at Casa del Rio one of the well known hotels there. From the said hotel we had to walk to Mimosa. Even though it wasn't that far, it seemed it was...

This hotel near a few popular eateries. However, the attitude of the front desk could be better. I had emailed them beforehand to check if there is any toiletries and toothbrush provided, they replied toothbrush needs to request from front desk. And when we were there requesting a toothbrush, they say there will be a fee (which is not stated...
