We stayed as a family in co-joined rooms on the top floor. I was surprised by the number of bad reviews as this place is great. Great location, clean & functional rooms and a great view from the balcony over the river. The staff were incredible. So helpful, informative and very friendly. The wifi wasn't great but we don't travel...

Great location with reasonable price. Near tourist attractions like Jonker street, Christ Church, Hard Rock, River Cruise, etc. Good view of the river. Hotel staff is very friendly and nice. Not for the fussy travellers though. The room is small, sheets and towels are old, no shower curtain/divider in the bathroom, pillows are bad quality, toilet seat is broken, and...

I really loved this hotel. It's very strategic with everything within walking distance definitely a great place to stay! Especially during night time it's so gorgeous since the hotel is located by the riverside. Halia Inc. food was really good! Comparing to other places we went to eat, the price is quite reasonable and the portion was very generous as...

Great hotel to crash in with an amazing location. Worth every single penny. 5 mins away to the famous Jonker street. Housekeeping was a little noisy as my room was on the corner of the first floor, overall fantastic!

We arrived slightly past noon on 13/3/2017, and for some reason, the parking lots in front of the hotel was being blocked off. So we parked in the open carpark not far opposite of the hotel. We later realized that the hotel reserved some lots in the open carpark for guests, but we missed the signage and paid the carpark...

Booked this hotel because of its central location. Can walk to Jonker and attractions at Bandar Hilir. Check in and check out were fast and fuss-free. We booked the premium room with balcony. It was not noisy. Room was clean (no itch after sleeping on bed). We saw a few mosquitoes in the room but problem was easily solved with...

Booked a suite for 2 nights. Room and bathroom were spacious. We had river facing view and it was awesome. Very relaxing to sit next to the window sipping your coffee, enjoying the view and watching tourists strolling down the river bank. Some rooms come with balcony but not mine. We were given only 1 card access for a family...

Had an unpleasant stay. Recept Staff - Generally ok but much room for improvement. Halia Staff - Displayed a "cannot be bothered" attitude. Room - Noises from the alley can be quite disturbing & Room maintenance was terrible - yellowish linens, leaking air-con & flooding toilets. Breakfast - Worst bfast i ever ate. Very limited choice. Eggs, which is the...
