Right in the UNESCO part of town, this small guesthouse is clean and basic but has a very warm feeling about it. The owner is really nice, and it's quite cheap. I enjoyed my stay there and would recommend.

Bala's place is locates near to historic buildings, river cruise, food stalls, restaurants, Hard Rock Cafe, bicycle rentals, handcraft shops, 7/11, etc. The manager and staffs here are extra friendly and helpful!
