i love this place and have stayed here twice now. This time we opted for the AC hut on ground floor right on the beach and it was great. the evening fish bbq is really good and the staff are friendly and helpful. A much better than average hut with a balcony, two rooms and hot water.

Pathetic is the word. Most miserable services, arrogant approach, absolutely terrible washrooms, loads of muck lying around.... Shud be named camp muck....food is poorest quality, made in most unclean kitchen....don't go by the name guys...explore other options...wake up Joseph....spoilt our visit

My friends and I decided that we visit Palolem, but managed to reach late night around 10. After a while of hopping between to choose a place to crash, Joseph (the owner) was very accommodating in our requests. The place has car park at the back of the property which most of the other locations did not offer and had...

A friend and I stayed here for a few nights at the end of April, and a had a great time. It was a great location in the middle of the beach and you could cut through the back to get onto the road if needed. We stayed in one of the beach front huts that was pretty spacious, had...

We stayed here for one night and whilst you can hear the waves crashing in whilst led in bed, the battered old shack left a lot to be desired. Booking.com did a great job of making this place look a lot slicker than it was. No wifi in the rooms as advertised. Breakfast that was included was literally a filter...

Room are very cramped! Also toilet and bathroom are not too clean!! A/C was not at all working properly. Stayed here for 2 nights but didn't enjoy it. I would not suggest anyone to stay here. Only plus point is that rates are a bit cheap.

me and my partner ended up staying here for a couple of weeks until the crying got to much, but the staff are really friendly, the huts are clean and a bit basic (but good considering there reasonably cheap) and the food is really nice... BUT they have 3 dogs that are kept in a small cage for the majority...

Overpriced!! You can find similar or even better rooms in all the hotels at Palolem beach at 20-25% of the cost. Visited during the Christmas week (the busiest time) so you can always find rooms. Don't stay here!!

A very nice hotel with awesome sea view. Always go for that swiss cottage which costs around 4000 INR and do ask for a complimentary breakfast. Also food there is nominal only and if u want a better and cheap food u can prefer to go out to any dhaba. Also this place is only best place in goa for...
