I'll start this by saying I am a review junky. I'll research and read up on anywhere and everywhere I decide to take my family. However, prior to coming to this KOA, I did not, and I'm so glad I didn't. Based on the reviews I read, and the experience we just had I don't think I was at the...

The rating is for the type of facility, namely, a commercial “campground.” Read RV park with cabins and tenting areas. It is silly to use the same criteria you would use for a hotel. That being said, this KOA is about on par with most KOA sites. We stayed there because of its proximity to Pensacola and the Gulf Shores...

We served as KOA work campers this past summer ourselves. This KOA has poor customer service. You,the paying customer, waits at the counter while staff person talks on and on on the phone. Another staff person in the store does nothing to help. Absolutely terrible Wi-Fi--was sloooow and constantly having to log back on. Most sites are out-dated, unsightly and...

Clean park with many planned activities. Great fishing pier. About 45 minutes from Gulf Shores and Pensacola. A little pricey, especially with $5 extra per child per day fee. Mostly run by longer term members who are very friendly and helpful.

Not only did the campsite overcharge us for the first night of our stay, but because we did not realize this until the end of our trip, the KOA site refused to refund our money. We had 5 people staying at the campsite on Friday night and 8 people staying the second night (which we made very clear at check...

If your expecting condo on the beach this is not it this is a clean cute little cabin for under $110 a night it serves it's purpose this time we are in a deluxe cabin and it's fine, the other times we have camped, and stayed in the cabin by the bay, this Koa gets a bad rap I think...

We are long time KOA users. When I booked the cabin I was nervous from reading all the other reviews. We kept the reservation and it was great. The cabin was nice and tucked back away from the office and main area. The staff was super nice and friendly. The only reason I didn't give full 5 circles was A)...

Our family and group of friends all camped during the 4th of July weekend, we booked in March. Received confirmation email with estimated price of rv site. Once I arrived and paid the amount was double what I was quoted. I couldn't find my email, so I didn't address it then (big mistake) when I arrived home Sunday, I called...

My family and I stayed overnight in one of the deluxe cabins. It had bunk beds, a futon and a double bed, two bedrooms, a flat screen tv in the living area, a smaller tv in the room with the double bed, cable tv, a sink, small fridge, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. They supply dish soap, paper towels, utensils,...

our family of 3 stayed in a Kamping Kottage and had a great time. The pool was clean and large, so we never felt on top of people. The Kottage was clean and had a full kitchen and bathroom. We were given clean sheets, blankets and brand new pillows upon check in. It was nice to have a large place...
