We were satisfied with the accommodation at this nice old home and enjoyed the privacy it affords. No one was there except during part of the breakfast service. It is a buffet and all very good except most of it is cold. Pancakes, muffins, ham, bacon all would be better if it was warm. The sweet lady is 85 years...

I enjoyed the stay. Stayed during a home game weekend for Bama. The stay is comfortable and easy. Food tastes great. Gorgeous landscape. Plenty of space in the rooms. Breakfast is buffet style. Hosts are nice people.

We stayed at the Rose House Inn because we have hunting property close by and wanted to spare ourselves a long drive on the opening day of deer season. It was great to be able to stay warm overnight and have only a short trip to our property. The Inn is located in a beautiful old house making it very...

We arrived and there was no one at the property, we found a note telling us the keys were in the mailbox. After going from room to room trying keys we finally found our room. The rooms were big and clean. The beds we comfortable and the area was quiet. Breakfast the next morning was great. Would definitely recommend.

I have to say for me personally I like the interaction with the owners of a B&B. That was not the case here. The owners do not live on the property. However the houses and grounds were beautiful and our room was great. Finding our room key, having breakfast etc. was all self serve. I had to call to find...

I usually stay at a Hampton Inn or Hilton Garden inn, but will start looking for B&B's after staying here. If you like Victorian style, you'll love this place. We stayed in the top floor and didn't have any water issues. The water took a minute to heat up, but was fine after that. I would definitely stay again if...

Nice old home and decorated well but water was a problem. Couldn't even get enough water to wash/rinse hair. Had to wash hair in sink which even its water was low. Toilet very delicate and no more than a few sheets in or it clogs. Breakfast was OK. Owner was friendly, but some things could not be fixed.

We were in Fayette for a medical procedure. We were referred to this B&B by our physician. Very close to the hospital, clean and quiet...all of which I needed. Never saw the house attendant, but was contacted immediately when I had questions prior to our arrival. I would stay again if I am back in Fayette in the future.

We were passing through Tuscaloosa and found Rose House Inn on Tripadvisor while looking for accommodation in the area. It was a great find. Fayette is a lovely small town and the owner of Rose House Inn was very welcoming. They actually didnt have any record of our booking (made directly via their website) but luckily they didnt have anyone...
