Everything is good from the parking lot to the room. But in my room which was very nice there was a chair that underwent a war. I cannot understand. All in rugs. Also the service is not well coordinated. My room was not cleaned 2 days in 4 of my stay. Even I phoned reception when leaving the room, I had to claim for immediate service. This is not good at all
I can see potencial for this hotel with location and size, room size and quality average ,room its clean but nothing to compare to plastic window curtines and PVC floors,tipical european desighn small and you can see time and weather slowly take this place down, if you travel buisness make sure they not charging you card up front recently ouer corporate card was full charge on day when we check inn its nightmare to trying restore to weekly charges like other hotels do for buisness travelers.Pool small and old, inside hotel looks kind dark and elevator glass need frequent clening.But all people on front dsk and service super helpfull and professional.
This is my second time staying at this hotel and I can’t say enough about it. Great location in a very safe neighborhood in Boa Viagem. The rooms are very clean and well maintained. The staff are super friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The breakfast is a feast with many tropical juices and dishes. Make sure to ask Karina (always with a smile) to prepare a fresh “tapioca” for you. I am grateful to all the staff specially Lúcia (very helpful and sweet lady), Karina (for the amazing food), Seu Elício (a true gentleman and friend), Wilma and a all the front desk staff (sorry for all the misplaced keys 😂). Best hotel in Recife. 👍
It was a very satisfying stay and I will visit the Radisson Hotel the next time I visit Recife again. I want to leave a good memory the next time I use it. Thanks to this, I was able to relax and enjoy the business.
Nice location for walking along the beach side and a few restaurants a couple blocks away. But would be considered a budget motel in most countries at best. The management is inflexible and things must be brought to the staffs attention that a customer should never have to address in the first place. Seems very understaffed for a hotel that is suppose to be a full capacity a lot and the breakfast is horrid.
