I have reserved the apartment and I made sure by been in touch via what’s up to avoid possible misunderstanding once my flight would arrived at 01.30 am I am travelling with my mum of 76 years old When we arrived at to the Hotel I was told that my reservation has been cancelled by the hotel by travel agency I questioned that because usually they send an email , stating the reason which later by contacting expedirian and hotels.com I was told the hotel has cancelled I took one hour to sort the problem Gilson dealt with the situation but didn’t offer an apology , he managed to find us a hotel for the night ( vila rica around 10 mins away ) very nice hotel btw . The whole experience was very stressing particularly for my mum So my advice Avoid statying here , they don’t care about you only about your money…
