Although the entrance doesn`t look that fancy, the hotel is actually quite OK. Breakfast is of Brazilian standard and the rooms are a little dated but spacious; and are fitted with a fridge. The location is of course right at the beach.
I stayed here for 1 night before my Habitat for Humanity trip and 1 night after the Habitat build. This hotel is a short uber trip from the airport and is right by the beach. There are a lot of restaurants and stores within walking distance. 👍. The hotel is older and badly needs to be updated. All of the lights and electricity in the room are managed by a huge breaker box in the room. The shower itself is managed by a breaker (which is a little scary). There is a AC wall unit that can't seem to keep up with the heat and humidity. The front desk staff doesn't speak English so it took awhile to check in and check out. This hotel is pretty cheap (in US $$) so if you are looking for a low budget hotel close to the beach, I'd recommend this place.
This hotel was a rather bad experience for me because the room cleaning and room service was insufficient. I found dirty briefs under the bed as well as a bottle of shampoo that someone forgot on the floor. The room service did not add toilet paper at all several times, used coffee cups and empty bier bottles were not removed for days. The minibar was not restocked regularly. The breakfast is in a room with no daylight and in total very uncosy. The quality of the food is very standard. The staff speaks hardly English. I am regularly based in African countries and have a lot of experience in non-European conditions. But this experience in terms of cleanness is below what I experienced in poorer countries than Brazil.
Good place, in front of the beach - but a little bit dangerous place.Shower was terrible - electric and almost without water - i asked to change and the next apartment was worse.Good breakfast.Lack of attention
Sem água quente no faucet do banheiro. Ar condicionado muito barulhento. There was a piece of carpet on top of the air conditioner outside, and was flapping very loudly in the wind at night. It was difficult to sleep.Conexões elétricas velhas.
