Just Sleep there, no expectation, awesome location and that is it. So no star rating. Very near to Kolkata New market. So you can stay there if you can sleep anywhere and for you if location matters the most. Better than many same type of hotels.

I stayed this (Hotel Jaapon) hotel several times. Near most popular places as like New Market, Mirza Galib Street & also very well known Park Street. Hotel staff are very friendly. Best location for Bangladeshi Traveler. I am recommended this hotel for Budget Traveler.

This hotel should name as a hostel....for stay when you have no other options. Staffs are very lousy, I'll mannered except the restaurant staff Ibrahim. From owner to cleaner all work as broker of the hotel , no loyalty with the customers. They never keeps commitment to customers. You may have advance money, but while you come rooms may not... More

I had a visa interview in the US embassy so place was close. At morning 3.30 Am they switched on the water pump which ruined my sleep. The women at the front desk is mean... More

rooms are not very clean and hot water is not working. Also, the staff will give you only one towel even though your sharing a room with two other guests. The lady at the reception is also mean, and most of the staff does not speak a single word of english. Be careful when you choose your room, depending on... More

This place was gross and the lady was mean. I think she showed us the worst room possible and still wanted Rs 1200. The sheets were dirty, the mattress was thin and the bathroom was scary. Go to hotel afreen - just off RAK road (Wellesley) near Marquis St. Very nice people, incrediby clean room, allfor 995.
