Budget hotel for short stay. The room was clean at the top floor. But I heard some complain from the main floor room guests about cleanliness & bedbugs. The service was bad. We called several time for the room service at the evening but no one showed up but every time the reception said they are sending someone.

I stayed in the hotel on September 2016 after Eid-ul-Azha. It was my 1st visit. I satisfied with the service and facilities of the hotel. It is just nearby New Market area and beside Shamoli Bus Counter. Very convenient place for Muslim people specially for Bangladeshi for halal food availability, cloth shopping as well as medicine etc. The hotel has...

It lacks daylight, a bit old fashioned, is not that much neat and clean. Price is a bit high. They have 24 hours drinking water and coffee facility, the wi-fi speed was good. They can arrange taxi on need basis but price is extremely high.

It is quite good hotel. Recommended for Bangladeshi traveller who wants to catch Kolkata-Dhaka 06:00 am Bus. Because it is very close to Kolkata-Dhaka Bus stand. I travelled April 2015 with my family.

I am writing this review on June 2015. Single AC room space is max 150 sq ft rent is 1600. Bathroom is not clean, They don't have their own restaurant. They will provide towel only when you request. I had bedbugs ("khatmal") in my bed. Bare hygeinity is not maintained. At Rs 1600 this is not definitely worth of money.

Surprised to see the variety of experiences people had at this hotel. I found my room to be very clean, comfortable and relatively quiet. Bucket shower only was available, but good supply of hot water. Toilet was leaking in 2 areas (from the water reservoir...clean water leakage), which I collected in the bathing "cups.". Good WiFi in the lobby. Not...

As someone previously mentioned this hotel is NOT for fussy people – I cannot more than agree on this. If you are on a budget trip, than this is a place to look for. There was no wifi. The cost for double AC room was 999 INR + 10% tax on top, so 1100 INR. We got spacious room (room...
