Staffs are not good Even manager talks like chaiwala. I booked through OYO They didn't provide me the room to be supposed. Wooden floor and ceiling have wood warms. Bathroom is very Stinky. Any local vendor can knock your room anytime to sell his/her product.

Rooms are spacious but not clean. Facilities are less. Only good thing is it's location as it is well connected to the taxi stand and the main market. Price is reasonable and the hotel can only be preferred for a short stay.

Pros - spacious rooms. 24 * 7 geyser. window view Location is good, Located in the mall road just opposite the Darjeeling municipality and close to market. basement rooms are small and cheaper, we booked for Rs 800, bargain to reduce the price. Cons - poor hospitality and bad behavior from manager and staffs.

Worst hotel i have ever stayed. Rooms are ok,but gyeser doesn't work. Bathroom is not well maintained. Behaviour of the staffs is shocking & terrible. They are not well trained to offer you a warm feeling. I stayed there only for one night. At the same price, i got far better room with hill view in Hotel Garuda.

Highly priced compared to what it offers. Worst food, dirty rooms and geyser works only between 7 to 8 in the morning . Hotel entrance is also like dustbin. Only positive is its location. Located near mal road and close to market. View from room is also good

As we are not from this town and had no idea of costing. So we thought we should follow the driver. Then worst thing happened to us. We had to pay 1300...

First tip - do not involve a roadside mediator who offers his help in searching hotels if you do not book online. He takes you to all third class hotels and you end up in choosing a hotel like Sagarika, best among worst. The receptionist at Sagarika took full payment advance for two days as he knew what would happen...
