The rooms at the hotel are beautifully appointed and offer stunning views of the city. The amenities are top notch and the bed was one of the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The dinning options at the itc grand chola are exceptional. I enjoyed delicious meals at each of the restaurant.

The main benefit is being centrally located and easy access to the Metro station. Some improvements are needed in the serving of the meals - Breakfast was a long wait for me, because the staff didn’t get back to me with my order of eggs and coffee for at least half and hour. I had to remind them several times. The selection is great, but need to work on efficiency in service.

Amazing in all regards!! Superb service!! Great food- really enjoyed the Buffet - so much variety. I owned a travel agency for 13 years and have traveled worldwide. The Grand BY GRT has the most attentive, accommodating, gracious staff I've ever experienced... didn't matter whether it was the front desk, the concierge desk, the Bellman, room service, the restaurants, the hair salon, or the spa. I stayed for a week and it felt like home by the time I left. The staff wears a pin "I say yes". That was certainly my experience. I loved how the management was always part of the team helping out. The hotel self identifies as a business hotel, but it feels like a five star resort. I highly recommend this gem. Thanks Jayanthi for recommending it.

very well managed hotel in a good central location, safe neighborhood, close to sightseeing points. large, nicely furnished rooms with all amenities; large and comfortable beds. very friendly staff throughout the hotel und excellent service. great variety at awesome buffet at hotel's own restaurant. i would definitely stay here again on a next visit to chennai. truly recommendable!

Highly recommend. Family friendly staff. Great breakfast options. We genuinely feel at home. Staff Gopi and Raman treat you like family. Location is central to everything. We got a great surprise for our birthday. Decorated our hotel room and surprised us with a nice cake. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
