Apart from location nothing is good . Servers don't care and also heard from my friends that this is not a safe place for girls late in the night as there are many creeps and servers don't do anything about it Food is bland and expensive and liquor is costly

This has got a good location. Except that nothing else. Worst service. Card wasn't working which they never say in advance. They said that by late night and I had to travel to the ATM for this. They expect everything to be paid by cash.

This property is now called CIRTUS and is take over by this new management. The location is good, just by the beach. The hotel is run-down and needs some renovation. The food is OK but it takes hell of a lot of time to be served. On the whole it was just an average experience

We have stayed there for a night en route to Mahabalipuram. This is a business hotel, though it is 200 mtrs from the Thiruvalluvar beach, but don’t expect a beach resort atmosphere here. The rooms are modern with space and comfort, but you would not get that relaxing feeling, ambience, décor, furniture are all business-travel like. The breakfast menu is... More

having read some reviews I was interested to discover what sort of experience I would have on a week long business stay. Nothing much to report as the stay went without any incident and was comfortable. The staff were efficient and attentive particularly in organising my daily transport. Food was ok without being brilliant although I really enjoyed the biryani.... More

OUTRAGEOUS because their room rate is roughly the same as that of a truly superb 5-star Delhi hotel we stayed in at the start of our five-week trip. I wholeheartedly echo the sentiments of "paisley_girl73", and others who have negatively reviewed this dismal place. Fortunately for us, just one week earlier we had (for logistical reasons) changed our booking from... More

Today, on January 8, 2014, my husband, two children and I pulled up to this hotel, which was not called La Waterina, but had a sign that read "Citrus Hotel". We asked if we were in the right place and they told us that is was, in fact, La Waterina. It was in a very scruffy location, no other hotels... More

Our weekend stay at Le Waterina was a total disappointment. We feel we were taken for a ride by the management and staff. We were overcharged for a substandard service quality. 1) The room upholstery was old/yellowish and with stains. 2) The toilet flush wasn't working in one of the toilets and the water was leaking from the health faucet... When we arrived, we were served welcome drinks which was very nice. The staff was very courteous and the checkin process was fast and simple. Pros: 1. Beautiful rooms. Remote mood lighting was a nice touch. 2. Courteous staff. 3. Good room service. 4. Limited but tasty in-room dining options 5. Good breakfast Cons: 1. Hotel is being taken over... More
