Pros: 1) clean and spacious rooms with clean bathrooms 2) swimming pool was clean (small pool, will be suitable for 10 to 15 ppl at max) 3) jacuzzi was good 4) complimentary breakfast was tasty. 5) very near to the beach though the property is not facing the beach. 6) friendly staff who attend to your problems. Especially Mr.Reuben was very helpful. Cons: 1) maintenance of the premises can be better. 2) lighting around cottages can be better.

Had a great experience staying at Park inn resort. Excellent venue, not very far from the city. Amazing ambience with lush green lawn which is very ideal for Lawn reception. parties and Photo shoots. Resort also has a huge classy AC hall which is very ideal for Wedding. Courteous & friendly Management & staff. Well maintained resort. Rooms are very spacious and can choose as per budget. Totally worth paying and staying. Closer to beach and breezy atmosphere.

We had booked a room at Park Inn Beach Resort through one of the popular online booking platforms months ahead of our visit. The staff is less than courteous to say the least. When we called a week before the visit to confirm the check-in timings, the staff told us that we can check in at 1 PM, but should check out at 6 AM. The reason - we booked online at a discounted price. This is just ridiculous and shows how they treat customers. They are not doing a free service to customers. If they have allowed customers to book online, then it is their business decision and cannot make customer feel like a lesser mortal. The worst experience was when we landed at the hotel. The manager said that the rooms were all booked by a marriage party, and no rooms were available. We had a child in tow, and this is how they respond. Incidentally, we were attending the wedding so finally ended up adjusting in one of guests' rooms. The hotel did not communicate the change in room availability ahead of time. They were giving us a choice to move to another resort of theirs a km away. How can they decide for a customer where to stay when we chose to book at a particular location and room? What would we do if we were not part of the marriage party? Lack of communication and callousness. Totally unacceptable.…

I never seen such a worst service in my life. No proper parking. I book a hall for an event. They didnot clean the hall itself. We request 5 to 6 times to the management. But they didnot clean. Please dont book the hall in this result
