We stayed at this hotel for several nights as a group of four. I have rated this a bit higher as the rooms we were in had excellent views of the Amber Fort from our window. The hotel is clean and tidy. The breakfast is more directed to Indian taste but eggs on toast was the better option for us. Wheel chair bound customers can navigate around the holes quite easily. Check in and out was easy. Dislikes. The roof top restaurant is a bit of a failure as there is another hotel/ beer bar next door that plays music extremely loud and you can not hear or hold a conversation if you chose to dine there. Location to things such as ATM's and shopping isn't bad but there is a fly bridge motorway and rail service directly at the front of the hotel. As mentioned i would normally rate this type of hotel at around the 3-4 out of 5 but the Amber Fort view from the bedroom window increased the level a bit. Bathroom was clean, wifi was free and OK.

First things first, please don't go by the word 'four star' in the Hotel name. Its not a 4-star hotel by any standards. The word is just to make you feel like that. The property is not bad but not too good either. The only satisfying part is that I got a very good deal through MMT so it justified the price, otherwise I don't think its value for money.

We were courteously upgraded to 'Kingsize' rooms by the staff citing the availability, but mind you they are smaller than any deluxe rooms. I was wondering if these are king-size, how will there normal rooms size?

Secondly, the room given to us was not cleaned properly. I could see two used towels in the cupboard that staff didn't care to check while cleaning up the room. It was scary citing Corona times. Though the staff ruled out saying that the towels are unused and cleaned them up.

There were no hand towels in the room, that were provided only after asking. Lastly, there were no toilet rolls either.

Since we have an older kid, the extra bedding was provided in the form of a mattress on the floor. the room was near the road side, so it was a bit noisy and you can hear the traffic passing by, as in the glass didn't give proper soundproof coverage.

The staff was courteous but service was really slow. The basic things were supplied on asking like an extra or a hand towel. There was a used food plate residing outside our room in the lobby but the staff didn't care to clean this until next morning since our afternoon arrival.

The dining area was clean. The complimentary breakfast was okayish to provide regular items like bread, jam, butter, corn flakes, milk tea, idli, sambhar, poha and boiled eggs but no paranthas.

It cost me Rs 3500 for a 'KingSize' room for 2 night including complimentary breakfast, after applying MMT discounts(HDFC Credit Card Offer) + MMT Cash etc which was not bad at all. Otherwise, I would have felt like cheated if I had to shell out the original price of Rs 5600 as originally quoted by staff for one room (Rs 2800 per night with Extra Bed and Complimentary Breakfast)

Please note : Carry your own toothbrush and toothpaste as they don't supply it as a basic and charge 50 rs for the kit. They will give you body soap gel /shampoo and small soap as a standard amenity. ALso, there are no slippers so please carry one, especially in cold weather.

I booked 4 rooms for 4 pax here for the night of 2nd July 2020 via Goibibo. The deal we got was brilliant and post the booking, i even called the hotel to ask about meal plan. I had booked rooms with dinner and breakfast and the person on the call also confirmed the same. He added dinner will be a set menu, which we understood as Corona issues are going on. However, our stay in the end was really pathetic.
1) During check-in, no one helped us with the luggage from the car to reception or reception to room. The same can be verified by hotel owners via the CCTV
2) All our rooms had upgrade complimentary but the front desk person first refused and then seemed reluctant to do that. No worries we said - give us whatever was ready. We made a compromise, we adjusted
3) Once in room, two of the rooms did not have any water bootles. Calls were made thrice before water came in.
4) 1251 room's fridge did not work. Had to call thrice to get this sorted
5) The shock came when I dialled room service for dinner. We paid about 350 bucks extra per person for dinner and guess what - they said dinner would be dal and chapati only. The reception's excuse was that they had just opened up post Corona. So? Why put the dinner option on Goibibo then? In the end, post a verbal fight, they added rice, salad and jeera aalo to the dinner.
6) Before sleeping, I thought of double checking for breakfast and we were told it would be stuff parantha + poori bhaji. However, in the morning the same got changed to omlette and bread pakoras! Omlette came without bread which I had requested for.
7) Another issue was the super HOT boiling water in taps. I understand the SUN is harsh in Jaipur but they should do something about piping so that guests can use the water without literally burning their hands.

So as you can see, the overall stay was way below our expectations. If you are planning to book this hotel, the low price will tempt you but the stay won't be good. That said, we liked:
1) Location
2) Peaceful environment
3) Clean room
4) Comfortable beds.

Hope Ujjwal Premier Jaipur pulls up its socks and makes sure these shortcomings are taken care of

Today is my daughter's birthday. I was planning to take my family of 14 people to this hotel for dinner tonight. However they have refused to take online (nearbuy.com) booking because of the price you are offering online ₹1099 for three. Although the attendant offered me buffet dinner at ₹ 550 for each person cash price.

Over the discussion the manager told me we can't provide dinner at this price during the weekends. My question is that, If you are not able to provide such services why do you offer it.

Then he had also give me excuse of high volume of booking during the weekend. My question is that, if i would not purchase online deal and pay you 550 rupees for per person, how will you manage this booking (if you have high booking).

This is the 2nd time i had face this problem.

Request you to don't trust them and avoid visit such place

Stayed 3 nights in March, and the initial signs were poor.
Firstly, upon check-in, the room door would not open. Luckily our luggage arrived, and the porters opened the door with a trick lifting of the handle prior to inserting the key card.
Then a silverfish crawled out from behind the TV.
Next, no hot water for a shower after a long trip from Dehli
The restaurant upstairs is actually a night club with the noise bouncing off the neighbouring building.
The internet is slower than the slowest dial up at well under 1kbps download and equally poor upload
Lastly, the lights behind the false wall panels, would not turn off... The switch was broken.
OK, maybe I should've complained, but one shouldn't have to get what is advertised and paid for.
Breakfast was fair, and the service seemed somewhat snooty except from a young waitress.
Apart from her, there were not many smiles from any other staff.
Oh, and no toothbrush or toothpaste. Towels were really old too
Really needs to up their game

We stayed here as part of a package tour with Trip A Deal (Australia) - the hotel was booked as part of the 'standard' accommodation package. Overall our stay was 'good'and the hotel was OK...a little past it's prime; but it felt as clean as it could be for an older hotel. Staff were very friendly and we enjoyed saying hello each day to the housekeeping staff who was on our floor. One note; the hotel is next to a nightclub and if you are a light sleeper you should ask to be on the other side of the hotel. After two nights of nightclub noise we asked to be moved and the manager happily and readily accommodated this request which we appreciated. We ordered room service each nice we ate in the hotel and the food was nice. Hotel is a little out of the center of town so we got a tuk tuk into Jaipur central. Overall, not a bad stay.

Clean, comfortable rooms and friendly, helpful staff. Enjoyed our short, 2 night stay here. Nice little ground floor restaurant/bar with plenty of choices, however some language issues at breakfast on day 1 meant my wife's eggs were not cooked to her liking. Might also be helpful if restaurant staff wore uniforms to assist in identifying them. Waitress in leather jacket and another staff member in tracksuit were less than professional looking.

We booked a trip a deal holiday from Australia and this was the Delhi hotel we stayed in. hotels in India are not the same quality you would expect back home, so keep that in mind and I’m not sure the word maintenance is Not understood in India, I’m sure when this hotel was built it would have been great, but it’s quite run down and the big disappointment was the pool was dirty, very cloudy and non swimable. We stayed 2 nights, complained about the pool because we knew we were coming back to spend the final night of our India trip there as well, asking that the pool would be clean, but to our disappointment it had not changed. The rooftop pool and area had fantastic views of the area and come night time with the breeze and a cold beer was beautiful, but they close the rooftop area at 7pm! Which was totally stupid. Of course our group of 10 Complained, not only complained but actually begged to stay open a little longer, but was forced out by security. Forced to retreat to one of our bedrooms, we ordered 3 beers from the bar downstairs and was told they had no stock of beer. A huge positive was a massive shopping centre a 5 -7 min tuk tuk ride up the road called Pacific shopping centre, good shopping, good food and go see yourself a Bollywood movie at the cinema, gold class like tickets are AUD$10 (500) rupee or $1-$2 for standard tickets. (Big walking track and park across the road from hotel)
