Stayed here for one night. Nice staff and interesting building.

Once we had escaped the absolute mayhem with the rickshaws surrounding Jaipur railway station (I don't say that lightly after 2 months in India) we were easily able to walk to this hotel. The manager was friendly and welcoming. Check-in was quick and easy.

the checkout time when I was there is 12 in the afternoon. if your room is still occupied you will not be able to occupy it till 12, however when we were there we noted most people checkout early so your room might be available early. failing that the owner seems happy to lock up luggage for free so you can always go have a bite to eat until it's available.
