Amazing hotel with fabulous staff. We arrived at there'd been some confusion about the bed setup we needed as my teenagers were too old to share one. Without hesitation, the staff set about finding options. They offered us a different room but also gave us the option of moving another bed into the second room. We'd booked interconnecting suites so we went with this option. We then enjoyed the beautiful and secluded pool followed by a delicious meal in the restaurant. It was monsoon season so very muggy but the A/C in the room worked perfectly. The next day we started with breakfast and had freshly made omlettes. We went out sightseeing and when we returned my wife had an hour and a half of massage therapy and i had an hour deep tissue my daughter then followed my wife. The therapists were amazing and it was such great value. We had dinner in the room that evening which was steaming on arrival and again delicious. We left the next morning and headed to Agra. When we arrived my daughter realized she'd left her swimming costume in the room. I contacted Dinesh by Whatsapp and he arranged to send the costume to our hotel in Dehli as that's where we'd end up in 3 days. Dinesh did this FOC !! Customer service was outstanding at this hotel even after we'd left!!! I wouldn't hesitate in recommending it and would definitely return there if I find myself back in Jaipur in the near future

This hotel is absolutely the place to stay in Jaipur. The proud owners have spent 10 years saving this old hunting lodge and turning it into a very special place. The rooms have each been decorated by the family who have incredible style and taste. Each room’s layout is different and therefore each room is created to feel special with its own colours and tasteful themes while having all the modern facilities. Our bathroom was wonderful with beautiful tiles, great water pressure and loads of space.
The hotel is set in calm green gardens with a beautiful pool area attached to their wellness centre. We enjoyed some incredible massages and treatments. The restaurant is in a private serene courtyard under a magnificent tree and the food was amazing.
I must thank the family who organized one of their drivers to take me to a wedding on one night - it just reflected the extra care that this hotel displays. Hoping to return.

We booked three rooms for two nights in December as part of our extended golden triangle tour. Having booked to stay in hotels everywhere we decided to try out Royal Heritage Haveli in Jaipur. It turned out to be a very good choice. A special welcome by Sushma and her team included a garland for everyone and a drink. As we had had a long journey from Agra, we were keen to get checked in quickly. The process was efficient and quick and we were allocated our rooms.

The rooms. What a sight awaited us. It is difficult to imagine and has to be seen to be appreciated. All three rooms had a different colour theme and a different layout. The rooms were all spacious and nicely decorated and equipped. There is pool in the ground and all-round the ground is nicely landscaped.

Breakfast was a wonderful personal service with a selection to suit everyone. The service was again immaculate. We did not eat in as we were out but had a snack of burger and chips which was tasty and hit the right notes.

Overall, we had a wonderful stay at Royal Heritage. The staff make this place special. They are a credit with Sushma always around to make sure everything is OK. Thank you everyone for making our stay so special.

I won a stay here along with breakfast and dinner and believe me I wasn’t having any high hopes, I thought I’d be treated like nobody but although I didn’t have to pay for any of those, I was treated like a royal. I’d recommend 100%

It gets pretty dark at night and the area becomes quite lonely.
Their rooms are exclusive, each room is different than the other and they have limited 19 suites only. If possible, get your hands on either yellow or the blue room, they are my personal favourite.

Despite its 250 years of heritage, a modern property providing a calm and peaceful atmosphere in the heart of Jaipur.

My parents and I stayed at the Royal Heritage Hotel as part of a Golden Triangle Tour and it was one of our highlights.

Despite its proximity to the city centre, once you enter the haveli‘s gate, you feel calmness and peace. The welcome by all staff was incredibly warm and smooth.

We were offered coffee and tea upon arrival, which was served on a private terrace outside our room, alongside complimentary treats, which included a cake, lovely chocolates, fresh fruit and a bottle of wine. After an exhausting trip across the busy streets of India, it was one of the most wholesome experience we could have asked for.

The suite itself – which we specifially requested and was provided to us as promised, was breathtaking. It had a unique flair, was incredibly spacious with 2 seperate rooms and made us feel like royalty. It was clean and felt modern, despite its long history.

Upon arrival we were also introduced to the spa manager, who offered us a complimentary 15 mins head massage, which we were encouraged to take without feeling pressured to book a service. It was a lovely added benefit. We were also able to book a full massage for one of us on short notice, which was decently priced and of good quality.

The breakfast itself was made to order and served on a terrace, which was lovely. It included a mix of fresh fruit, pancakes and waffles, as well as some local specialities.

The pool area itself was also gorgeous – only sad bit was that the water was too cold for swimming, but thats expected and normal for all hotels in February.

Overall, we highly recommend the Royal Heritage Haveli as a key highlight of our India trip! Its a great and unique property with amazing staff

My fiancé and I booked the Royal Heritage Haveli stay for March 2020 but were not able to visit because of the sudden lockdown. However, the RHH team made it possible for us to stay in December 21 for 2 nights. It was a short stay but everything was perfect. The rooms were very well decorated and well equipped, also with sound proof doors. The room was very well heated as well. The restaurant serves food that tastes like home. We had dinner and breakfast at the Haveli Twice and it was prepared immaculately with fresh ingredients. They also had an amazing dal bati churma and provided us with a private bonfire for dinner one night.

A taxi was arranged for us at a moment's notice to take us around all day for sightseeing and the driver was very knowledgeable about the city and extremely friendly and polite.

To conclude our stay we took massages at the Haveli which were so helpful to get rid of our tiredness from the long day. A variety of massages are offered with very experienced professionals.

We can highly recommend the Royal Heritage Haveli and a special thank you to all the staff for going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable :)

This is one of the nicest hotels we stayed in during our recent trip to India. It is a beautiful hotel in a delightful setting with an ambience of tranquillity. The staff were all friendly and helpful and smiled as you walked past which tells you a lot about how a hotel is run. The owners and their daughter make a point of introducing themselves to you and were obviously very proud of the Haveli. I believe it has been in the family for a very long time. Although an old building it has been very well modernised into an extremely comfortable hotel where it is a pleasure to stay. Our room was of the highest standard. The food was outstanding and taking dinner on the rooftop open air restaurant was a pleasure. The chef is obviously, and quite rightly, also very proud of what he delivers. Live flute music during breakfast was one of those touches that makes things more special. The pool and spa, where we had massages, were both brilliant. This is a perfect place to stay if you are looking for a hotel in Jaipur.

Such a beautiful Haveli set in well manicured grounds. You can still hear the outside world going about its business, but you could be a million miles away relaxing behind the property walls. A family run business with the owners always on site taking time to mingle and chat. Our suite was well furnished and very spacious. The restaurant offers a wide range of menus for both breakfast and dinner. The pool area is particularly relaxing and also has a Spa. We had a complementary head and neck massage on arrive and then booked to have full Mayomaya and Aramaya sessions after a consultation with Dr Ajith the Spa Manager. A little way out from the centre but such a wonderful retreat to come home to after a full day of sightseeing. We would not hesitate to recommend this Haveli.

We spent three nights in this beautiful restored Haveli. The rooms were extremely large, and the hotel staff very friendly.

The breakfast was excellent and the pool and gardens lovely to relax in. The turn-down service in the evening was a good touch. There were some nice personal features including free biscuits in the room and boardgames and books in the restaurant.

In terms of room for improvement, the bathroom smelt weird, the wifi in our room was unfortunate and the hotel is fairly expensive during the peak season bearing in mind it’s location relative to the main attractions, but would happily stay again.
