I have stayed at this hotel 3 times. I always choose to stay in the best room in the hotel. The room is large, which I like and has a lovely large balcony. The room is clean and has everything you need. The room is such good value for money and you would pay a lot more money for something...

The hotel was/is very nice. Its peaceful amongst the hurley burley of the city. The staff were very helpful, respectful of your space. The staff did not overwhelm you with their presence. They were able to offer very valuable sound advice. We had a very pleasant stay. We would definitely stay their again. The only issue which we didn't enjoy...

We visited khandela Haveli and it was worth staying there. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. We stayed for two nights and received the excellent service from the staff. The swimming pool is well maintained. Only the food was expensive.

Lovely small scale establishment. Lots of museum pieces in inner courtyard. Colonial photos, old world furniture etc. Restaurant was good - catered for children. Rooms were spacious and had heritage touches. Laundry service fine. There was a puppet show on the rooftop courtyard (near the pool) from an external group of street urchins, who were expert at extorting money from...

We arrived in the afternoon after a 5 hour train journey from Udaipur , the temperature gauge was showing 48 degrees and we were all melting. Check-in was quick and efficient and we were presented with a welcome drink of a small Coca Cola :) before being given three twin rooms for our party of 6 ((mum, dad, 82 yo...

Just visited Khandela haveli , the hotel is best in its heritage atmosphere but not to the expectations in its class . The washrooms are to be improved the functioning of hot water system is not good and the restaurant is okay but the prices are high . Once you can visit for a heritage experience .

Lovely hotel, polite & helpful staff. Rooms very spacious & clean. Food in the restaurant is very good. Only criticism here is that the prices are to high. Breakfast which was included in the rate was excellent. Location is a short ride from Pink City about 12 mins. Would recommend to friends.

Where your room is located in any hotel makes a difference... An outside view would have been nice. Still, a nice place to relax after a day of touring. Tea service is available any time and staff worked hard to make me comfortable.

We stayed here for 2 nights, the hotel looks authentic and has a nice indian touch, we like it very much. The down side of the hotel is that the area is not very 'touristic', so you need to take a tuk tuk or have a driver to get around the city or to a restaurant. Nevertheless, we had a...
