Well, from first sight, the hotel looked nice and the reception looked nice. The rooms were very non descript. We were put on the 4th floor where there is only one guest room, the door to a terrace where the staff work and a room where the night manager lives. The staff use this as the place where they congregate...

The hotel looks good at reception but its a cover up.its very old and ununtidy. Rooms were not taken care off.My room was not swept for 3 days and my friend had to get rid of a scorpion in hers.Buffet's not worth the price. Dinning room looks dingy.

Disgusting hotel. Stained towels and sheets. We were on a tour - one of the couples found cockroaches in their bed, the staff have no concept of being quiet at 6am (shouting at each other down the hallways), our room had no hot water system attached to the shower... showered from a bucket. Breakfast was okay. Skip this one.

To western standards not very great. The rooms had individual water heaters that were small and you would have to get wet turn of then lather rinse off -doable but not the best. Breakfast was fair. This is the first hotel that we've stayed in mumbai so hard to compare. In short I would try another place but would have...

This hotel failed to live up to its name. It was very average and as another reviewer has stated, bedbugs were a problem largely ignored. It's only upside is a reasonable location. Our stay was very brief and we were glad to leave

Not a bad hotel generally but unfortunately our room 301 had bed bugs. We were catching an early flight so woke at 3am. Just as well as the blood and bug defecation were very visible on the sheets and then saw a few of the bugs. Informed the hotel who needs to fumigate the room. Generally the hotel was fine...

Hotel was ok, I wouldn't say it was Supreme in any fashion. Good location though, with Colaba market local. It seems all posh in the reception area but the rooms were nothing special, wifi was quite weak but that's a bit standard over India! It'll do for the odd night but personally I wouldn't stay there again.

The hotel room is excellent with AC & TV facility. The bathroom & toilet is neat & clean. Moreover, the Dinner & breakfast is excellent . Mumbai is no doubt very costly & Cuffee Parade is quite posh area in that sense , so the hotel fare is quite reasonable. I stayed for one night but in future if I...
